Cool brewery, great beer, dog friendly, nice easy going place to chill out for an afternoon. Will return on our next holiday in Albany

If you want a a good pint of beer in a no frills but cosy environment, Wilson Brewing is for you. There is a great selection of beers to choose from including the mid strength lighthouse which I enjoyed, and my personal favourite, the Rough Seas Pale Ale. The food there is honest pub food with a good range of burgers and pizzas. I recommend the chicken BBQ pizza. Very tasty. Note that the capacity of the venue is 50, so seating may be a premium in busier times.

So the Website said you where open, turned up sign said Open no cars in carpark and gates closed we had planned the 12 of us to have a few beers and lunch and nothing if your closed www should reflect or at least remove the open sign beside the road

Great beer and great staff, the meals were well suited to the beer and wine. You won’t be disappointed.

Good beers and grate cheese burger! They have a decent variety of beers and fiendly staff as well.
I was really surprised by the cheeseburger, it is much better than it seems.

We live in Denmark & stop here for a pint, a burger & a game of pool on our way home. Cool venue but the food van has taken a dive in my opinion. Perhaps there’s been new owners. Ordered a chicken burger which was average but ok. Burger is much smaller than before & more expensive. An eye-watering $22 (chips are now a separate order = more money) for a small mediocre burger. The whole bar now smells like a deep fryer. We’ll pass from now on.

Great vibes, delicious food. They were happy to accommodate gluten and dairy free dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend

This place is a gem no matter how you slice it. The staff are amazingly down-to-earth, knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious. The beers are some of the best in each of their categories in my opinion. Their sours and ginger beers are particularly exceptional. The vibe of the place is great too - when we visited, the musician on was great, bringing lovely live music without piercing volume. A+ place, highly recommend.

A shed of a brewery. Don’t let first impressions deceive you as this place makes really good beer. Their food is as good as their alcoholic liquid gold. Dude food is the name of the game and their food is very tasty and quite filling.

Had the tasting paddle of beer and loved their ginger beer. It tastes as good as Boston Brewery Tingletop but being a Albany local this is one pretty tasty alcoholic ginger beer.

Had a good experience of this place as can play pool waiting for your food. Also you get to meet the resident cat which reminds me of Garfield

Doesn't serve food in the mid afternoon until after 5pm, says on the website that the pub is open all day. Otherwise nice atmosphere and a good stop if they are serving food at the time.

It needs to be said, the ginger beer is disgusting. Why so much stevia!?
Love the pale ale though!

Very unpretentious, rustic brew pub with pool tables, pin ball machines & live music. In door & and outdoor seating. Menu was limited, but food was very tasty. They use as much local produce as possible. Beef on the loaded fries was fantastic. Great range of beer- 3 different tasting paddles available. Loved the sour strawberry beer - Scurvy Nights!

Massive hit and miss today Wilsons.
1 hour 45 min wait on food and its slow service & once out, cold. Can hear you telling other customers its staff shortages, but all businesses in hospo are struggling for staff, in general most businesses would be well and truly conditioning to the struggle, if you're in this business for the right reasons, you would condition and make it work.
A disappointing experience today, maybe better next time.

Have enjoyed these beers for awhile now so when I was passing through Albany I was keen to visit. Was not disappointed all my favourite beers on tap, relaxed rustic setting. Had the chicken burger and Prawn pizza special, delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not ask for much more.

Great beers, however stay clear of the food. They would be better to have less options on menu and focus on the quality. Would be better to get a pizza from dominos.

Stopped for a quick drink and a snack and wasn’t disappointed.
Girls at the bar were super nice and welcoming.

The guys at the bar were very nice and welcoming. Really great beers.

We ordered pork belly, octopus and chicken wings. The food was excellent although the octopus a bit chewy, everything was very flavourful and had nice sauces.

It would be five stars if they had some non alcoholic options.
