Willie Creek Pearl Farm

Willie Creek is a wonderful place to visit. All the staff and Penny (our tour guide) went above and beyond to look after us and make us feel comfortable and welcome. The tour is educational, historical, a special place of Broome to visit, and magical to see any time of year. Lastly, they offer their tour guests a generous discount off their stunning pearls at the end of the tour, which can be used at any of their several showrooms in WA. I have done this tour multiple times and will be back again very soon!

Great tour, got picked up at the hotel which was super convenient. Darcy was very knowledgeable about not just pearls but also the history of Broome. Enjoyed seeing the process of a pearl being harvested from the oyster. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Broome.

Interesting and educational. Picked up by courtesy bus from our hotel. Saw brolgas on the way to the farm. Spectacular location, friendly staff, lovely morning tea and a beautiful boat ride to the pearl lines. Magnificent selection of best quality pearl products available in the showroom. Loys to learn about pearls and now appreciate them more than ever. Great thing to do while in Broome.

Very informative and well presented. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her sense of humor worked in well.

The bad- ordered a glass of wine. Was surprised at how little had been poured. Took it back before drinking anything after showing the wife. I politely complained at the size of the serving. They refused to refund it so that I could buy a bottle instead or to top up the wine or even acknowledged that was a tiny serving for 9$ so I bought a bottle of wine regardless and the wife refused to drink their serving. (we had a baby bottle with us, it was 90 mls). At conclusion of the meal we were asked how things were. We complimented the food and politely remonstrated that 90mls of wine was pathetic as a serving. Please refer to photos. Smallest serving of wine in Australia.absolute arrogance to acknowledge their serving.
The good- nice ambience in the outdoor cafe area. Lunchtime food was good

Certainly learnt alot about Pearls. My husband wasn't overly keen but was quite impressed about what he learnt and the way forward with the pearling industry. We chose to take the Bus Tour option as the road out was mainly dirt and corrugated.

An amazing tour with so much information to take in. Even if you aren’t into pearl jewellery, there are aspects of science, marine life, biology and the whole life cycle of pearl farming. A boat ride and morning tea included. Couldn’t fault the tour at all!

This place is a must. What a tour these guys and girls put on. So informative and so friendly. A great place to kick back for a beer after the tour. Great food! Recommended for everyone

This is a good chilled experience. Drive in was great & a mini adventure for the kids with the dirt road and tracks around the mangroves.

Tour was well run and the morning tea and damper great. Everything is close to the main building including the boat ride. Nice to chill and enjoy without tons of travel to see things (standard for outback adventures). Good cafe and Heli flights, also on offer here. Of course you can purchase pearls.

Excellent tour including comprehensive presentation, boat ride & superb morning tea. Thoroughly recommended.
Only drawback the last stretch of unsealed corrugated road. Red & bumpy but doable in a car but 4wd preferred especially in rainy season.

Our tour guide Lisa made the tour a fun and informative time definitely an asset to the company. If you get a chance to add a helicopter ride highly recommended.
