We bought a couple of scotch fillets today and we seasoned, room temp, and put them on the bbq. We like our steaks rare. OMG the most buttery scotchys I’ve ever tasted.

Went here for the first time over the weekend, the owner was super friendly and the jalapeño and cheddar hamburger patties we got were the best patties ive ever had, Will definitely be coming back

Bought some dry aged scotch fillet. Cooked it hot and fast over charcoal. The best meat I have had in a long time. They are also always so friendly and ready for a chat. Great butcher with a great range. And they smoke their own bacon. Highly recommend.

Owner always arrogant and rude every time my wife goes to buy meat. Always tried to support local produce but will never return. If he has nothing nice to say, better not say anything at all and shouldn't own a business where he needs to deal with customers. If there were no Stars to give, I wouldn't give one at all

Allan and the team are amazing. I flew out to cocos and had them prepare a container if mest for the trip, the quality of the meat is exceptional and delicious, the care and precision taken to this sorted for me in time was awesome and I can't thank them enough

Great team, good advice and most importantly excellent meat. T-Bone is best I have ever had, dry aged and cut to order.

I was a loyal customer here for 35 years. However, I made the mistake of asking (politely) "Do you have low-fat sausages? " I was then treated to a tirade from the owner concerning this and other issues that he had with customers (which were not relevant to me). After being treated so rudely, I won't go back, which is a shame as they really do have good meat. Should be a 5-star review for quality produce but only 1 star because of verbal abuse.

Williams meats is a regular on our butcher orders even though we live close to 50km away. We love it so much we did an order to take with us when we went to Christmas Island.

Big variety of cuts of meats and selection of speciality items. Never fails on the quality - always good! Staff are friendly and helpful at all times.

Nev and his team always greet me with a smile and their meat is hands down the best. They do bacon, prosciutto, steaks, roasts and did I mention their chicken kievs and their lamb? Oh. My. God. Delicious! Those chicken kievs are foodgasmic. And their Texan sausages. I shouldn't be sharing this as then they will sell out of all their fantastic meats. But let's make sure we shop local and keep them up and running through this time. Thanks Nev and team.

Oh and did I mention they do dog meat and bones?

Does not have assorted pieces for making curry. Overpriced. Does not give an accurate receipt showing price breakdown. Does not follow directions in cutting the meat.
