Rennae (hope we have her name correct) was extremely busy with a lot of customers. Her colleague was unwell, so Rennae was on her own. She was an absolute Star handling numerous customers at once. Nothing was too much trouble to her. Smiled through a lot of customers all needing help.

Friendly down to earth staff who are soooo helpful.
Good range of shoes and sometimes they will order shoes in for customers.

Great Customer Service and helpful with requests for sizes not in the store. Other size arrived quickly and contacted promptly.

Bought some shoes this morning for my wife and I and attended to by an English girl (Jessica?) who was run off her feet with all the customers which she handled superbly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the service I received instore this afternoon. Tamsin could not have done more to ensure that I was happy with my purchase.

Sad to say but bad customer service, a lady went to look for a shoe for us, put the shoe behind the counter and started helping other people and looking for stuff for them and did not return to help us. We waited half an hour. They lost a big sale.
