Service was terrible. The girl barely spoke to any of the customers in the store and didn't seem willing to come out from behind the counter unless absolutely necessary.

I had a faulty pair of sneakers and Sarah from Carousel was the most helpful lady. Changed them for me and made the whole experience amazing. I will definitely go back and recommend her to all my friends. Thanks Sarah

The retail staff member working was under the pump and did not faulter with her service. So helpful, despite the fact we were there til closing. Brilliant service

Went into the store to purchase heels for my daughter. The ones she had chosen online did not fit that well, unfortunately, so the sales lady patiently showed her a few other similar shoes for her to try. We ended up choosing something and left very happy. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

You will always find a good bargain here the only problem is limited stock. If you are lucky when get it.

The shop assistant at Cannington Williams was lovely and helpful. We were trying to buy some pretty heels for my daughter for her formal. My daughter has size 11.5 feet, and we had been into several other shoe shops only to be told that 'nobody makes heels in that size'. My daughter is very self conscious about her feet, and by the time we got to this store she was almost in tears. The lady was lovely, and picked out a few styles that were manufactured up to a size 12 for her to look at. They didn't have any 12s in store, however she directed me to the website and explained that if I buy them online and they don't fit, we could return them in store for a resize or refund - an excellent service! We have purchased a very cute pair of heels that are perfect for her formal, and they fit well. Will definitely shop here again, the shoe quality is good, the return/refund process is easy (if needed) and the service was excellent!

Only one person working in the shop, she was taking forever with a client who actually bought nothing in store and was showing no signs of winding the conversation up. Another lady came out from the back, said she wasn't working yet, was happy to chat with the line of people waiting but could not be bothered to actually serve them until her roster started. Get a clue!

The team here were excellent help on a couple of exchanges. Friendly, gave good advice, listened to my needs. Love this particular store. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Brought my little brother here to get some shoes for school; the customer service we received was excellent! She gave us heaps of advice on how to care for leather, the recommended sizing, and even tips on how to lace the shoe to get a tight fit.

Good quality options at reasonable prices and often good sales to boot. Lots of variety, brands including I ️ Billy, Colorado, Blowfish and Obeo. Size 11s often available. New styles arriving weekly.

Had a really positive experience shopping for a fussy 5 year old at the Westfield Carousel store this week. Amazing customer service. Alex really went above and beyond in helping us pick the perfect pair for school. Incredibly patient, listened attentively and spoke to our child in a fun and engaging way.

Good price, stocks all brands and nice staff, seemed a bit over crowded there are standard everywhere everything was a bit in your face
