Great selection of cheese, hommus and other goodies - as well as wine.

Loved it here, had a really nice platter of cheese. Was a nice way to end a wine tasting

This has to be the most disappointing experience of any holiday we have ever had. We were really looking forward to going here. We arrived at 4pm hoping to order and pay for a tasting board before purchasing some cheese only to be informed that the tasting cheese board couldn't be served because they were closing in an hour's time. Still plenty of time to serve some cheese. They only had 1 cheddar cheese that you could taste and a sign placed on the counter saying that if no product was purchased a $10 tasting fee would be charged. How do you expect customers to purchase products that are at a high price point without being able to purchase a tasting board to try the items first? Save your time, not worth the trip. Go to the Margaret River Factory instead. A much more pleasant experience.

Colocated within a cellar door and local produce supplier (olive oils, beautiful woollens), in a very pretty location. We had a single cheese board with the Hungarian caraway and paprika sausage (their cracker offerings were perfect and the dried and fresh fruits were the most diverse I’ve had), whilst enjoy a wine tasting.

I ADORED their Hall Family Suzette - incredibly creamy and perfect to shmear straight out of the fridge - on a local sourdough at home, so much so that I cannot wait until after dinner to wolf down their Tomme de Vache (sans herbs) and St Marcellin.

I’m really surprised to see the negative reviews on here, and wonder perhaps if they’re more due to the costs associated with their delicious offerings?

Would have been nice to know it was closed on a Monday before we got there. The grounds are nice to walk around though.

Purchased this cheese at the shop keeper’s recommendation. Cut it open to reveal a watery brine. Not sure if selling cheese or soup? Flavour wasn’t right either. A real shame

A great place for a quite platter and wine. The view across the dam is beautiful.
