The female staff at Long Shot with dark hair tied into a ponytail was antagonistic and belligerent. Her customer-facing expression was grim and angry the whole time. She ignored me when I greeted her and pretended not to understand my name even thought it's a very short and conventional English name. No smile on her face the whole interaction and she kept making subtle eyerolls towards ME when she couldn't operate the computer properly. WHS need to either hire nicer people or pay them more. I saw a previous review calling out a middle aged female staff for acting racist. I'm sure we came across the same staff. Perth has been a great experience, except for that one racist staff spoiling it on the last day. I'll make sure to let my fans and friends know about her to warn them not to shop at this particular place.

Update: WHS management claimed that they couldn't identify the racist staff, despite me having given a detailed physical description of her. I suggested that WHS staff should wear name tag so they can be held accountable by not being able to hide behind anonymity. WHS did not respond and stopped communicating.

Ripped off $64.99! And number busy all day to try and complain. Bought a power pack just before my flight as my kindle was low, asked Callan if he would give it a 20min charge which he said he was unable to but guaranteed it had 80% charge - I stupidly believed him - tried to charge on the flight but nothing! Checked it at home and zero! Thanks for wasting my money as I had one at home and thanks for not answering your phone all day and having no number on your website. What a joke.

Stood there like the invisible man while the young man was banging the cleaning head of a mop on with the wrong tool and the lady barista stood there staring at her phone. They were talking to each other but didn’t look at me or say anything to me. I thought it was a Joke but no it wasn’t so I walked over to the next place.

Spent half an hour watching two people glacially opening for business. $16 for a coffee and a burnt croissant.

Two legends working at WHSmith Perth Airport Terminal 1 International.this store's manager is the rudest woman I have ever met in life. I bought 4 packs of TimTam but worried about airport transfer, asked the counter boy who replied "I don't know" whatever the question, then requested to see his manager - his manager the witch is worse, who told me I'm more than welcome to leave right now. I feel sorry and miserable for her who has to work at midnight at a shop, facing all those infectious diseases, and just resting in the corner for a while. But it doesn't mean she could treat customers like this.i had an amazing time traveling in WA but this Perth Airport experience was just shocking and disgusting.if she is a racist, please change her to domestic and do not shame Perth at its international gate. Thanks.

5: 45pm and still at least 3 Flights before 8pm and closed. Terrible customer service. I know we’re just opening up and I could have understood if 1 flight but there is over 300 people milling about already! Close at 7pm and get the money to pay the wages to keep one person on the extra 1.5 hrs o/t ‍️ No brainer!

A little taste of Britain at the airport. Basic selection of books, magazines, gifts, and that essential British offering.meal deals! Grab a sandwich, snack, and drink for your flight for $10. (Would only be £3 on the British High Street though).

Things but expensive to purchase compared to outside items, but we can find everything whatever a regular traveller may needs. Hygiene, very good environment, perfect location. Recommended

Nice news agency. It has all you require for a good flight, such as snacks, meals, travel essentials, etc. A bit expensive, but what you expect from an airport news agency.
