Paul accepted our work scope - to install a new antenna, improving our TV reception. I requested a reschedule which he agreed too, despite the short time frame and showed up at the agreed time.
His service was outstanding, he was very amenable and knew his product well, installing the antenna in a very short time frame. He ensured that our system was safe and in particular changed out a degraded component to ensure the best chance of system reliability, and explaining why it was important. Paul has pride in his work, appearing very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him or seeking his service in the future if needed.

Professional, reliable and quality workmanship. Paul installed an articulating TV mount, new power and internet points, and tidied up existing cabling. By the time the job was finished Paul had effectively doubled our home internet speed and now we never have any buffering issues with Netflix. Amazing troubleshooting skills, we'll have Paul back in a heartbeat for all our other electrical needs.

Weeks with no TV as no reception. Contacted the company who that installed a new antenna last year but received no contact from them to confirm their attendance. Saturday morning rang Whitehorse to book an appointment who said they could pop in to have a look within 30 mins after finishing a job they where on. Arrived and within 20 minutes I had my TV reception back in. Great service and would use again and refer to friends and family. Thank you!

Called Paul for assistance to remedy problems in my TV reception after using another "franchised" antenna installer who had supposedly fixed it but didn't want to return when we still had problems. Paul arrived when he said he would and did a thorough check of the system, advised me what was wrong, fixed it and it is now perfect. He knows his job and I am very pleased with what he has done.

This company came to install the antenna for 5 points when we built. The last point does not work. I've called several time over the last 12 months, first going away on holidays, Bali I believe, and would call back, next overseas yet again 2 months later with a promise to call back, called again 4 weeks ago and again away with a promise to call back. The initial job cost us 2K including the run through for a security system.it seems he isn't reliable when he has to fix his errors

Gave Paul a call and within a few minutes he was there to check the situation out. Checked signal was bad and with no hesitation got on the roof and gave me a great quote to do the job. Professional installation and i highly recommend him.
