My MacBook Air recently crashed and after googling for a repairer contacted Whitcroft, because the reviews were so good.
I wasn't disappointed as they repaired my Mac within a day and the charge was very reasonable.

Cant say enough about the guys at whitcroft. We have had several growing pains in the buisness and Brad and the team have quietly done what has been needed to allow my business to grow, without any hiccups. Their advice and help has been invaluable.would highly recommend!

I phoned Whitcroft 3 times and finally booked an IT job over the phone. Whitcroft agreed to attend my home at a specified Day and time. (Which was today) I waited and waited and no one turned up. No one phoned me. After 30 minutes, I phoned Whitcroft and they said OH! Give us another 30 to 40 minutes! They cannot keep their bookings, poor communications. No Apology from them. I cancelled the job!

I took my dearly departed dinosaur of a computer to see if it needed it's last rites to these guys.

They were able to perform life saving repairs at a total cost of $220, and all within 24hrs.

Can't argue with that, and maybe I'll get a few more years out of the old thing still Thanks guys

I am very happy with Whitcroft IT. Setting up my home internet to stream was efficient, the tech arrived on time and knew what he was doing:) Also I asked about a couple of other issues with my computer, he was able to give me estimate timeframes and costs.
