Whipper Snapper Distillery

We did the $80 whisky master class which was a very worthwhile experience and great value for money. It included a cocktail, 6 whisky tastings and a bowl of snacks. Oh yeah make sure you have lunch before hand as I was smashed by the end of the tasting. Steve our guide was very knowledgeable and funny which made the tour engaging!

An awesome experience.
I'm not a huge whisky drinker but I enjoyed the tastings in the masterclass.
Steve was very informative and we learnt quite a bit about this distillery.

Whipper Snapper Distillery was a delight yesterday morning for a latte & date, cookie, while sitting amongst the home-grown inspiring variety of Whiskies. Predominantly a unique Distillery but includes a vibrant friendly staffed Cafe with great coffee and cakes etc. Interesting artwork murals adorn the walls which hover over a variety of seating, very cosy ambience; with a real life Distillery you can experience including guided Tours which you will see via the menu in amongst these pics. Go and have a great coffee or a sample, or even purchase a secret gift of unique Whiskey for a loved one.

Been having my coffee and food there at least once a week for 3 years there, great people, not the biggest whisky person. They had a great hearty sausage rolls at one point, now you finish it in 2 bites, bring it back guys! But love cafe they have.

Steve was amazing. He was so informative, and kept a rowdy crowd consistently engaged. Would recommend to any one looking for an insight in to whisky cocktails.

We had Whipper Snapper come out and do some tastings for an event we organised for a client of ours, these guys were fantastic! Everyone loved the whisky and Stefan and his colleague were so knowledgeable. The whisky was tasty too, I can't wait to check out the East Perth location!

Not even a whiskey fan but a mate dragged me here and I was really impressed! Super nice and the flight was yum, staff were awesome too

I have nothing good to say about Upshot. The barrel #155 whiskey I bought recently tastes raw and it will be the last whiskey I will buy from Whipper Snapper. I was keen to support a Western Australian distillery but it won't be this one.

He has great knowledge and personality to connect with the clientele.

This is a young distillery in Perth. All ingredients from WA. The entire process happens on site. The masterclass distillery is good fun - you get to taste the 7 main products, all the way from moonshine to the cask strength. Highly recommended!

Below is my original review, I have since returned to Whipper Snapper and at the insistence of my daughter held my work end of year function there. We were hosted by Steven who did an excellent job of explaining the process of distilling whisky and serving tasting samples, you have done Whipper Snapper proud Steven so I've upgraded you to 4 stars.

Just walked out after standing at counter for several minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from the 2 guys sitting at the counter talking about investments or the girl who walked out of a room behind the counter then fiddled with the coffee machine. Must be doing a roaring trade if they don't want more customers?

Entertaining & educational tours with bloody good tasting whiskey. What more could you ask for!

With no word of a lie the whiskey is absolutely devine with complex aromas and out of class taste. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere was friendly and encouraging to multiple return visits! Highly recommend.
