Salesman was extremely helpful without pressuring me and very accommodating to my budget restrictions. Installers-all 3 were polite and professional and did a tidy job. It was a difficult install as I have a steep pitched roof, regardless they tackled the install without complaint and kept me informed at all times. Also were very obliging with my requests. Left the premises neat and tidy. It is such a great experience dealing with a local company.

Great service, most important bit was the work done in a neat and safest possible manner. Andrew and his team are really skillful and also knowledgable of work they are doing. Best part these people are local WA.

Westsun Energy came in with a very competitive quote, excellent sales service with excellent explanations and everything was completed on schedule to a high standard. Very happy with our system and BYD battery package. Crew who did the install were all great!

Westsun Energy installed my 6.6kw solar install on Friday last. The team was clean and did a great job. I picked Westsun as I asked for a pacific system to be installed, they quoted me what I wonted. Other competitors would not quote me what I wonted and I had non stop calls. Westsun are not like this they are a good company supply you a quote and are there to answer calls or questions. Beware of other company's who hassle you, they just wont your money and sell cheap products. Westsun I support all the way get a quote from them.

Not great. They will subcontract if they're busy. I waited weeks after accepting the quote and still ended up with a subbie at the end of it!? ! Happy to wait but don't shaft a customer with a subbie after that kind of wait. Be professional and decline the work if busy. Solaredge system was not fully installed and had to return. CT clamp and its wiring were generic and minimum quality. Consumption monitoring was poor. My sparkie wasn't impressed with switchboard, made some changes and its good enough. Try to call the office, if you get more than a recorded message they've changed things. No customer support after install. Once paid they weren't listening. Lastly, only found out this little gem after install and payment, warranty fine print, "The homeowner understands for the warranty not to be voided they must have their systems inspected and serviced every two (2) years by a licensed Solar Installer". Didn't see that coming. 2 Stars, my PV system still works.

From when I first contacted Westsun about solar energy, the consultation process was very informative right the way through. They developed a system that my roof space could accommodate which incorporated a battery for storage and off grid backup capability. The installation crew had very good communication skills from when they arrived until they left. All queries between Westsun and myself were fully addressed promptly. The workmanship was excellent and the site was left very clean after the works were complete. I am very pleased with the system installed and look forward to the benefits I will receive from 9kW of panels and 10kW/hour battery.

Highly recommend WestSun! They installed a solar system and heat pump water tank for us earlier this month, and from initial contact to installation they were fantastic to deal with. Our sales person, Elias, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all the many questions we had in a very timely manner, without being pushy at all, and provided quotes without hesitation. Excellent pre-purchase consultation with Elias and courteous, considerate installers.
We looked at many offers, some of which were seemingly cheaper, but the perceived quality and reasonable prices of the Q Cells and the Huawei inverter made Westsun Solar the obvious choice.

Simple and uncomplicated process, from Elias on Sales to lisa the scheduler to Andrew the chief installer. After confirming fee, checked position of panels on aerial paid deposit, confirmed date - had to revise the date to a day that suited me which was no problem, team arrived on the day was pre warned with email, install started at 8am and finished by 2pm no hassles or issues, impressed with Andrew the chief installer who recommended a better location for the panels, no gaps in the process.

I thought I would wait until my first power bill to review. Highly recommend. I looked at about 7 solar companies in total and the others I wasn't too keen on either to their sales pitch or the products they sell. Happy with my system (huawei and q cells) and my last bill was $77 big difference from the $400 bills I was getting. Neil was professional and so was the installation.

I had at least 3 quotes provided and Westsun Solar provided me with a great deal on a 6.6kw system and a battery ready inverter.
Lisa from sales had things covered all the way from start to finish and kept my over active/worrying state of mind at ease through the whole process.:)
The day came and the installation team conversed with me thoroughly and kept me in the loop and noted any preferences I had, and accommodated it.
The system has been up and running now for a month and I can monitor the electricity being used and also what is being sent back to grid and use this info to be as efficient as possible, all done from work or at home via the mobile.
