I had a really great experience at this dealer. There are so many cars it can be pretty overwhelming to work out where to look. I came with a few in mind and fairly quickly found one that ticked the boxes I was looking for. Jacob was my salesperson and he was great, not at all pushy and gave me enough information about the car to answer my questions. I came back a second time to test drive again, as I'd narrowed it down to two vehicles. I signed up right there!

I had already spoken to a broker for finance, but Justin from the finance team suggested he could get a better rate, and he was correct! Within a day finance was approved and I picked up the car the next day! Very happy with the service I received from Jacob and Justin, and will definitely buy from here again!

Purchased a van from West Side Auto and took out the addition protection plan costing us an additional $1750. Drove the van home ok. The next time we started the engine the gearshift wouldn't go into drive. Westside didn't want anything to do with the issue and said we had to contact the warranty company Presidian. They advised us to take the van to West Point Star Mercedes. We had to pay to get the van towed to the Mercedes mechanic (wasn't covered by the 'protection' plan.) The van stayed at the the mechanic for over 3 MONTHS because Presidian would only cover the cost of a used gear shifter which we had to wait for. Finally once Presidian sourced the used gear shifter parts they sent them to Mercedes. Mercedes then contacted us to say that the parts Presidian sent them were broken and did not work. We then had to wait for another month for another used shifter. Mercedes fixed the shifter however, there were still multiple error codes. We ended up having to fix many other issues including glow plugs costing us over $5,000 (The Westside Auto 'protection' plan only covered a small part of this and we were left thousands of dollars out of pocket and without a work van for months.
Would never ever purchase a car from Westside Auto again and would certainly not recommend taking out their very expensive $1750 insurance. Sale was in the name of Hannah Thetford.

Customer service over the phone was amazing. And in the warehouse it was just as good. However when I went to get the car i financed I was told it'd be ready by 10, I had to wait until 11: 40 to get it and it stressed me out as I had to get to work. I understand that miss communication happens and thats why I'm leaving a good review as I'm not bitter. But it was a little stressful, but not the fault of anyone in particular. I do love my new car
