Very impressed with the service of Westscan, they managed to survey my property at very short notice and were very thorough and helpful. Highly recommend their services.

I engaged Westscan to locate a soakwell, power line and gas pipe buried in my front yard during renovations by a previous owner. A convenient time for the scan was arranged by email, and James from Westscan conducted a very thorough search including ground penetrating radar, electromagnetic detection, a camera down the storm water pipework, as well as the traditional pole pushed into the soil to confirm electronic readings. All identified underground services were marked with colour coded paint and I received a scan report which included an aerial picture taken by drone at the end of the survey. The scan was completed about lunchtime and I received the report with photos by email that afternoon. I was very happy with James and Westscan, with the search finding not only the power line but three separate soakwells including one that was made of plastic rather than concrete.

Called up Westscan for some emergency works, they were able to get me in last minute and accommodate our job. Super professional! Will be using them for all our concrete scan needs.

So refreshing to do business with James Horton at Westscan, he was professional and on time with clear precise emailed details of ALL our sewerage pipes/water/gas and phone lines - even though these were different from what the Council had been able to provide. James was very polite and patient with our Elderly Mum & genuinely caring, ensuring the dog didn't get out, would highly recommend the service and the person to anyone.
