To be honest, I don't know where to start with these amateurs. We are now on the 2nd fitting to my two sliding doors, with the 3rd attempt 'well overdue'. One would think they would get it right on the first fitting, nope, and then to stuff it up on the 2nd fitting (beyond me!). This all started way back in May this year (yes >6-months ago). It's now Dec '23 and Westral claim they are waiting on an install dates from me following their cancelled install way back in Aug '23. I advised Westral of new dates several months ago, and they now claim they didn't receive my advice of install dates. Shop around, Westral's not a business you want to deal with. They do blinds as well - shop around and do yourself a favour. Avoid the headaches - avoid Westral.

I’ve had Westral instal window treatments to my house twice in the last year.
Both times I’ve been very pleased with the results.
The installer was Phong, such a nice and polite man who knew his stuff.

Westral products I have purchased for many years and I’m pleased to say that I’ve always found their products reliable.

Today after an outside blind installer completed his installation I realised to date I’ve not complemented any of the installers at Westral. Renato today’s installer was pleasant, quietly completed the installation and instructed me on how to lift or lower the blind.

We originally had Westral install security screens to our windows to additionally keep out the bugs and they blend in perfectly. When we decided to get a security front door we had Clayton come out to give a quote. He was patient and had great attention to detail. Paul did the install and he was on time and we are very happy with the end result. I’m sure our indoor cat is going to love being able to see more of outside now too.

The installer was Justin Jones and he turned up by himself and installed four new blinds at the front of our house. Unfortunately my wife and I had a prior commitment shortly after he arrived so we wished him well and left him by himself to do the job. When we returned we found all the blinds in the down position and they looked magnificent. On closer inspection of the installation I noticed how particular Justin had been. A true perfectionist. Furthermore, he left the verandah just as he found it as clean as could be. I can very strongly recommend Justin as your blind installer and thank you Justin for your excellent job and sorry we were not home to thank you personally. Best regards

Having spent thousands for my blinds only to have 6 years later my $3000+ patio blind is coming off it's rail. No warranty as apparently wear and tear. Stay clear from them.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service I experienced throughout the process of having my security door installed. Deposit paid in August, with a 2-3 week wait period.doors were only installed in November and with zero updates from the team throughout the process. Incorrect measurements taken so first install failed and again, no contact from the Westral team. Poor phone customer service every time I called. Whilst happy with the end product, I was completely frustrated the entire process and would not use Westral again. The installer was a lovely man and the only positive account from the situation.

Had our third Westral screen door installed today.
Paul was very professional and efficient during the installation.

We have shut had shutters fitted with Westral and are so pleased with them. From the quoting at the start, to the measuring and then installing the customer service was excellent. Tony fitted them for us and he was great.left everything super clean, very friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend Westral.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a security door months ago and after two attempts they still have not got it right and i am sitting without a security door for weeks.today they came with a door that didn't fit! These are guys who supposed to be experts in fitting doors? Dealing with their customer service is equally bad - very arrogant and rude! And even sarcastic when they have abjectly failed in their job.they don't even take accountability for damaging the door frame which they did!

I have had Outdoor Blinds, Roller Blinds and Plantation Shutters just installed by Westral. Their service, communication and customer Service through the whole process has been outstanding. Thanks to Brendan in Sales the office staff and a special mention to Jim the installer who took great care in our home and worked with us to get a great result. We are very happy. Thanks team.

The vertical blinds we had installed last year are so clunky and stiff to move, the worst we've ever encountered! Also, when we try to twist them at least 2 or 3 dont twist with the rest of them, so we have to grab the top and twist them with our hand. We have had 2 snap on us in doing this. Our other existing vertical blinds are over 15 years old and are much smoother to operate! A Very poor product.

We booked in Westral services and they were very professional from the initial contact.
Clayton as always is outstanding. His service is second to none. The office staff was just as good as they took into account my work commitments and planned installation around our schedule.
