Terrible Experience. My X-Class was recalled for a repair, me and my wife took the vehicle to this dealership. An elderly receptionist was so kind to us and directed to a person called Jason Gemzell who was so arrogant and rude to us. He was so annoyed by simple questions that we asked. We left the Vehicle at the dealership and went home, he then called me and said that the socket for the wheel nuts are missing, I went to the tire fitter whom I regularly use and asked for a new socket. The tire fitter asked me to call Jason Gemzell to ask for the dimensions of the wheel nut so that he can give me the right socket. I called Jason Gemzell and put the phone on speaker so that the tire fitter can ask the dimensions as well, without knowing that the phone was on speaker, Jason Gemzell was telling the tire fitter that I’m trying to blame him and the tire fitter was completely shocked, all he need is the dimensions of wheel nut to sell me the right socket to remove the wheel nuts. I was completely disappointed the way that Jason Genzell was badmouthed about his customers to a third party. We paid a premium price to own a Mercedes vehicle and we deserve a proper treatment. I will never go to this dealership ever again.

The customer service here is outstanding. The place is nice and comfortable while you wait and they have free coffee and cold drinks. It is probably the most expensive place I’ve been to service a vehicle so that’s the only reason it’s not a 5 star review. I’ve been back many times though and always found the customer service to be top notch

5 stars for Brad in the parts department, who is always super professional. My family buys parts all the time for our Mercedes cars and he is our go-to person. Thanks Brad, keep it up!

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by service advisor Parvi and workshop foreman Luke for taking care of my vehicle servicing needs and diagnosing faults. Their commitment to excellence sets the standard for a Mercedes service centre operations. Throughout the process, the communication has been clear, and Luke demonstrated determination and application of his knowledge in identifying root causes that had been overlooked by other Mercedes workshops. I highly recommend their expertise and professionalism to anyone in need of reliable automotive care.

Very rude service from PARVI the sales girl… she has no manners arrogant and condescending…
Also this dealership is very expensive as well…!
Will never return with any of my cars… I now get my vehicles serviced by MB Star in Balcatta where they are polite professional honest and well priced…

Bought my car from the other Mercedes garage in Peth and tried them for service, their customer service is appalling. Came here, George looks after me and he is brilliant. Goes out of his way each time to help, I can call and he gives advice, I just popped in and he checked my tyre wear and gave advice on how much longer I can run them, saving me money! Outstanding service, make sure you ask for George!

Worst service ever car went in for a service one day I had to call them for them to tell me they need it for one more day weekend ruined
Never return emails I have been with Mercedes-Benz since 2007 I won’t be buying a Mercedes again ever

I will never ever going here. I had an appointment in Mercedes. There were 4 girls on reception desk non of whom acknowledged, they just looked like models with a lot of makeups with no sense of customer service they kept talking with each other. It was so rude.

C200 in for a replacement trackpad that was split. When I picked the car up the keyless start function wasn’t working. (This was when I dropped it off) I was told it was coincidental and would have to rebook it in at a cost of $290 to look into it. Not being happy with this the car was due for a service so I took it to a local reputable garage. They serviced the car and looked into this keyless start issue. They found a cable had been left unplugged from the recently fitted trackpad. Intentionally or by accident we’ll never know, either way for the brand that is meant to be one of the best in the world Mercedes you let yourselves down. Average service at a premium price.

Went to service my car, smooth booking, o time commitment and loan car or Uber to get you from and to the service centre. 3 stars same as every dealer, overpriced labour compared to anything I have seen before.

Always bring my car to be serviced here from the time I drop it off to pick up time the staff keep me up to date.

It's been 5 years or so that I've been having my car serviced there. One personnel has been helping me since. Jason had been the main reason I'm always happy to visit again and again.

Went to fix my 2015 c250 with 58000km having problems they couldn't find what was the problem sent me home have rang 3 times after that and they will call you back 10days and counting still waiting for that phone call
