I think it’s the first time in my 30 years on this planet where I’ve witnessed a tradie arrive on site at the specified time. Nathan and Daniel were timely, thorough and incredibly lovely, especially considering today is expected to reach around 42 degrees. Also very happy with the communications received from WestOz - very punctual and efficient. I will be recommending WestOz to friends and family requiring skilled trades services. 2 thumbs up, and very happy our air conditioning is working again!

Experience installer. Comprehensive site assessment & job plan. Very flexible about installation conditions to suit my needs. Came in time when booked with a large crew of polite professionals who got the job done very done well very quickly & without fuss. This included mounting a very large 10W external unit over 2 meters high up on a difficult external wall.cleaned up extensively afterward. Would strongly recommend. WestOz Trade Air Condition did a great job.

We had a few issues with our aircon & solar on our new build. It was installed by WestOz Trades Air Conditioning subcontractors. After a phone call to their office to inform them, WestOz Trades Air Conditioning sent guys out to resolve & the guys were very knowledgeable & resolved the issue without a fuss. Highly recommended should be 6 stars. The best service I have ever experienced, WestOz Trades Air Conditioning gave us confidence from the first meeting. Our job was very difficult requiring scaffolding, cranes, and roof plumbers for roof access. Had 3 quotes from other companies over 3 years who subsequently decided our job was too difficult & pulled out. WestOz Trades Air Conditioning's attitude that nothing is impossible was refreshing. If anyone is thinking of using WestOz Trades Air Conditioning I highly recommend them, they did a great job installing ducted aircon to my house. I have not had any issues, they were fast to respond, & accommodated my requests. They worked carefully & made no mess or damage to the property.
