I feel Sad, for the 4 Young Staff today.
All ready, to serve at the tills, while the Manager, was ranting over a shoplifter, that I guess, was a little hungry.
Saying that there, should be one day a Month, where shoplifters can be shot.

Evil comes, attacks Evil souls, evil Managers.
I was the only customer, in store.
4 Staff plus him.
Guess what, 2 of thoes Staff, probably don't need to be there today.
Profits, come from knowing the Staff needed.

What he has done, once again, has lost Years of profit from me, and hopefully other's who read this.

Yes, specials were not priced once again.
The Milk, I keep asking to be stocked, hasn't been offered for sale.
Farmhouse Gold, unhomogenated.
While Farmhouse gold homogenised, is nearly out of date.
Not selling.

But, most of all, he is teaching the Staff to hate, be angry, to not show compassion and empathy.
Managers, are supposed to build great Human's.

I guided the Young African Man, into blocking the Hate out, was also listened intently by the tiny girl, a little Angel.

Good for essentials items!
but Expensive!
They could attract more customers for cheap price or sale!

Would rate higher if they put sales tags on the weekly specials. It's a bit of a pain having to take items to the cashier for a price check, no copies of the catalogues on hand to refer to and the staff never seem to know what's on special. Are customers expected to print off a copy of the catalogue and take with them or make sure you have your phone on you to look up the prices?

Love love love this IGA. Great specials, new products coming in weekly, the new meat selection is fantastic. Support your local.

Used uber to deliver my items. Anthony went out of his way to call me and ask if I wanted a few items replaced as they had just run out. Very much appreciated and yes I did. Thank you for making your store available on uber. Very handy when you are not wanting to go anywhere in the heat and having to wear masks.

By far one of the most convenient stores in the area. The owner Antony is terrific and provides exceptional customer service to the community. Always asking for feedback and has his customers best interest at heart. Staff are all super friendly and opening hours are great. Highly recommended!

Its local grocery shop that is open 7 days a week. But the price is normally higher than big shops.

Great friendly local shop that has all the basics covered. Staff are always helpful and it has parking out front, ideal for just running in to grab a few things.

Anthony is an amazing guy so friendly to everyone that goes in the store, his staff are also great to deal with always a smile and very polite, would recommend this store to everyone, and also the deli section is 2nd to non awsome place

Living in Westminster, go to iga everyday, shop looks fantastic especially the deli, Tony and his staff are so accommodating and lovely

Always friendly staff who actually smile and ask how your days been. Always have my last minute needs and it's my go to shop. Great prices, variety and service.

A great IGA, an owner who cares for the customers, is a friendly local and has great taste in coffee beans

A beautiful beaches a lifeguard explained to our group the dangers of the beaches and the seafood and also what the different signs are.

Way to expensive I never seen a place that has prices like this there supposed to be a cheap place wot a joke better of going to shop somewhere else

I've been a long time loyal customer. The management and staff are wonderful.always very friendly and helpful. Great range of specials very neat and tidy convenient store. Keep up the great service.

Always very friendly staff, good opening hours and always have what I need. Excellent customer service.

Staff are nice but produce is not good enough. I have bought unripe avocados that were inedible nd off dog food which smelled so bad I had to throw it in my front bin and couldn't feed it to my dogs. They need to step up their game and sell produce that is fresh and or/ripe.

We usually bought the croissant there as they were baked on store. Things seems to have changed and pastries are not freshly made anymore. Why? What's happened? I am afraid we need to find an other place if it does not come back to normal

The stuff here are very nice and helpful and give a comforting apmisphere I've been coming here for many years it's nice place to stop by for those needed items and prices are good
