Great location and a great variety of shops with 2 leading supermarkets. Lots for the kids to see and do, just around the corner from Event Cinemas. A commendation from the NDIS team for installing dedicated Acrod parking bays in close proximity to the entrance. The centre has a good vibe to it.

Been a couple of times lately not my favourite shopping centre as find it not easy to get around as set out doesn't flow. Has a few big shops such as Target, Coles and Woolworths and a food court and a few cafes.

Me and the wife had good time wondering around the shopping centre look at all the shop good way to spend the afternoon

Good shopping centre, my only gripe is the parking can be a bit crazy at times, and the traffic leaving the carpark banks up badly and there's no real flow to it. Hard to explain.go there and have your own parking fun, then you'll know what I mean:)

The shopping centre itself has great shops and overall is pretty good, although it doesn't have any elevators and for wheelchairs it is pretty hard getting down escalators. And the only entrance that you can get an without escalator has stairs.

Compact complex that easy to access and walk around but it is getting old. Bumpy road around the shopping centre and lack of ‘theme’

Nice clean shopping centre. Loads of parking.everything you need and a nice food court with lots of choice

When yr here be sure to visit the Lovely girls at Laser Skin Care. Treat yourself. A great target store too where u always find everything you need

Like Innaloo. As it is not to far away and it has a good selection of shops also a good choice of food in the food court

Scarborough Beach Road is too hard to get through and Cedric Street is also very problematic better off just to go to local shops in area

Traffic in and out of the shopping centre is the only major issue with this shopping centre. With major food and retail outlets along with numerous smaller outlet stores, you can get most of what you need here like any major shopping complex.

A staff member called Angela at the Innaloo store was so helpful today. Despite being no taller than myself, she managed (with quite a bit of effort) to get some produce from the back of the top shelf that I couldn't reach. Wonderful customer service.

In years gone by I was the accountant at the ANZ Bank. The shopping centre has improved so much so much variety fantastic

My experience at this shopping center was disgraceful. I was followed around the shopping center with my disabled client.and second care worker by your security their behavior was imtimatdating.and no necessary we were treated with no respect from the security.or the police that turned up questioned and told to calm down.on a couple of occasions by the security. I was calm. I think they need to be shown how to talk to people and listen instead of letting their position of power go to their heads.my client is where chair bound.and non verbal the treatment received by staff was disgraceful

Terrible parking style and trolley collectors are very rude here. They do not give you way. They can stop their vehicle behind your car even if you are about to go. Need to improve that for sure. They definately need training.

Nice but over crowded, very small space to get to the washroom, spudshed should be connected to the main shopping centre.

Pretty good, just curious when Westfield Stirling is happening. All I can say is that I'm looking forward to the $500 billion dollar redevelopment of Westfield Innaloo.
