I have been with this Audika Clinic since it opened. All the Staff are very nice & understanding to any special needs one might have. I love my Hearing Aids & cannot fault the service I always receive here. Be it calling in for new batteries or sitting for check-ups, they give quality service for a quality product. So glad they are local.

The hearing test was ok when i went to my doctor he said how did they do a test as your ear has that much blocked the hearing aid were no good or where not set right i would not go back there.the gov pay for the hearing aid that is no good at all they are now both in bin so people DON'T go to this place.

Disgraceful treatment by receptionist who is very rude. I had to cancel appointment for my sons hearing test on the day as GP suggested due to sons ear infection. Instead of booking him in for another appointment she just told me to call back "if I wanted him to see them again" I call back today now he has had the all clear from the GP and I can not get him into an appointment for 2 months. I need his hearing test for an important assessment and due to the lack of customer care, it is not likely I will have it in time which may result in him not being able to get the assistance he needs. When I asked how I got an appointment so quickly last time, she said that I must have gotten a cancellation and she is usually booked months in advance. If this is the case, why was I not offered another appointment when I had to cancel. This is for a 3 year old child and this appointment is very important to his development. There is absolutely no care from this clinic.
