At very short notice Ross Forrester (Director) made an appointment to see me between consultations. He answered my query explaining the specifics of my situation in a way I was able to understand and move forward. For Ross it may have been a relatively simple issue and quickly resolved but for me it was complex. To demonstrate his professionalism and willingness to help not only was our discussion arranged at short notice, he did not charge a fee for his time.
