Leong Ung has completely changed my view on Westcoast BMW!

I had a great experience with Leong, who was my service advisor at Westcoast BMW. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and services required in the future and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my BMW. I would highly recommend Leong at Westcoast BMW to anyone looking for quality service and customer care. Thank you, Leong, for taking good care of my car and me!

I bought my fourth BMW 3201 from Westcoast BMW. These guys really go extra miles to give you a VIP experience. On top, the sales manager, Francheso, did his best to fit into my budget. Highly recommended if you are looking for a best customer experience.

As I approached reception looking for spare parts I got a warm greeting. Young lady got up and showed me where the spare parts counter was. Service at spare parts was on point. Upon leaving I gandered at a used BMW and sales staff were super friendly and not pushy as I wasn't ready for a new 7 seater just yet with 3 kids still under 9.

From the outset I had the most amazing experience buying my new car from west coast BMW.
Jonah was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase.
Justin from finance was also incredible and was available to answer my questions.
The whole process in my opinion was easy and streamlined. Very Professional.

Classy modern dealership, looks to be pretty newly developed over recent times.
I was welcomed and directed for assistance quite quickly which was perfect as i didn't have too much time on hand.
Big range of all models on display + used cars

Great staff and an amazing service, had to wait for my car for almost 2 years due to covid delays but they ensured I got timely updates and it was worth waiting for!

BMW Westcoast are very thorough, I get my Beamer serviced there every year! Love collecting my freshly serviced car. The Service Manager Shaun Abel is very helpful & courteous!

Don’t recommend

Made my partner wait for 6 hours without any information. Gave a discount of 30$ for poor communication

Also broke glove box messing around with wiring and tried to blame it on my partner over weight in glove box. 3x A4 piece of paper inside the glove box

Poor poor service try any other bmw service centre

Above and beyond service from Leong yesterday when I dropped my car off for a scheduled service after 5pm. Due to work commitments, I had to leave my car overnight for a service that was booked for the following day. I live south of the river and he arranged transport for me to get home! Honesstly was not expecting that level of service!

I wish I could give a 0 star review. Spent maybe 2.5 hours on hold over 4 days trying to get a part ordered from Germany, had to ring other departments and get put through to the parts department, was promised calls back or follow up emails time and again once I finally got to speak with someone but heard nothing from them. The last straw as when one of their team hung up the phone on me when I expressed my frustration. Could not be more disappointed with the poor level of service. I recommend going to any other BMW service department ahead of this one as this has been possibly one of the worst customer experiences of my life, particularly from a company that promises so much yet has failed to deliver.

Just make sure when you take your car there, that you dont leave any cash in Glovebox or central console. People attend to have sticky fingers at service department!

Unfortunately took car in for engine light fault was oxygen sensor but they replaced the wrong one. $1000 down the drain.

Went for a yearly service like I'd been doing ever since I bought the car from them. They missed an obvious rattling sound from the engine during a regular service, which I noticed when I reached home. When I checked with them, they want to charge me $275 again just to diagnose something that should've been caught during the service. Could've given 0 stars if there was an option.

Terrible roadside assistance service. Stayed 1 hr on the phone but there was no one pick up; ended up contacted RAC roadside assistance instead.
There is no spare tyres; no road side assistance service available.
My review bases on customer service after purchasing not before.
I’m so disappointed with an Euro car company.
2 hours on the road without any assistance.

Honestly struggle thinking where to start! Kate has been an absolute gem to work with in sorting out the vehicle for my company. Kate made sure the entire process was smooth sailing and I would highly recommend BMW in Wangara if you're on the hunt for some new wheels!

Alex and Kate the entire time assisting me had shown nothing but professionalism. Outstanding communication and a pleasure to deal with!

I have dealt with other caryards in the past with buying new vehicles and the quality of service from BMW in Wangara is significantly ahead of the rest. (I'm not even kidding)

Thankyou endlessly I'm a very happy customer and looking forward to continuing business with BMW.

Ok, so to cut a long story short, given the global situation, I had only 10 days to find a vehicle, get approved and take the delivery before EOFY.
So, I found the car on the internet which was at Westcost BMW.
Only one car was available in WA, and another one in QLD at that time.
So, I rather reluctantly called Westcost to get some information on the vehicle after visiting Mercedes Benz Perth, where I was quoted 12~18 months lead time on the desired model.
I knew from the start that this would be a very difficult task to secure a deal within the next 10 days.

Sales Executive from WestCost BMW, Vasko given me the greatest news ever, and checked if I’d like to book for a test drive. I was transferred to business department to discuss my requirements. The following day I test drive the car, I was really happy with “yet to be my car”.

From parts department, a lovely lady recommended me for the paint protection, leather protection and tinting, her presentation was so well explained and structured.

Meanwhile, Kate from Westcost finance greeted me. I explained her that I’d like to go ahead with the purchase, but can it be possible within the next 10 days including finance. She replied “I’ll see what I can do” She asked for the required documents followed by an email. The following morning I get a brief phone call from Kate asking a clarification, her reply was “I understand ok, no worries” Fast forward 2 hours, I get a call from Kate congratulating me that I am all approved and she will now let Vesko know to proceed.

Next call from Vasko congratulating me, he arranged for “my car” to go for finial inspection, paint, leather and tinting etc and asked me for my availability to when is the best day to pick up the vehicle.

On the day, car was ready for the handover, Vesko and I spend almost an hour on the car operations, features and training.

Vasko have called me few times just to check if everything is working how it should be and if Westcost can be any more help.

I was so impressed with the level of service, professionalism and team so well organised backed by the best brand in automotive industry, such a pleasant experience I had dealing with everyone.

Well done Westcost team for making my day, really sublime service all-around, it really was.
