I had an truely disappointing experience at this medical clinic, and I feel compelled to share my 1-star review based on the following:

I visited this clinic for a GP consultation and personally requested a blood test to check my cholesterol level, which was not the primary reason for my visit. After the test results came in, they sent me an SMS requesting a non-urgent appointment.

When I requested my blood test report, the receptionist informed me that I could only obtain the report after a consultation, and I would have to pay fees (bulk + additional charges) if I wanted to see Dr. Gupta. The doctor I saw only practiced at the clinic on Sundays, and they would charge me an out-of-hours fee eventually.

I was initially skeptical about their services due to their terrible reviews. However, one doctor seemed to have a decent reputation, so I reluctantly gave it a try, thinking that my medical issue was not too serious.

But my experience with them was far from satisfactory. They could have simply informed me that they needed the doctor's approval to release the blood test report, especially when the results were normal, as I had expected. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that I had received my report without an appointment in the past, and the doctor had given me the option to consult if needed, the receptionist provided me with false information, claiming that "no clinic should do that"!

Definitely, I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone unless you have no other choice. There are plenty of better healthcare options nearby that value their patients' time.

We been there First time and it was not good experience
1. WATER: - they palace ther WATER DISPENSER behind there desk and Hide the GLASS under the counter
When you go to dispenser for water they push you back to stay away from counter
Doctor and nurse perform their duty very well
My wife's iron was low during process she got allergic as they told in beginning it can happen But
They don’t have one Anti Inflammatory TABLET IN STOCK they sent me to buy from chemist
They what they doing they keep under observation and again I went to chemist to buy steroids that is also not big issue
During session I made walk in appointment and consult with doctor when I finish my wife also was free
So went to counter paid $115 and found my wife got allergy so the other process happened
At the end when we leave they called us back and said you didn’t paid and thier face expression was like they looking at a thief when I said I thought $115 was for both she rudely replied I charged only you
I said no worries and paid more $150 for upgrade Iron
Every thing ok I made a mistake they can give me that look
I use more tome they can charge me
But Please make water available easier

Doctor not willing to test for things your concerned about, doctors comment “I won’t test for that unless you have a existing condition” would not recommend at all 0 stars

I've always had great service here. They have a great crew there from the nurse, to the blood test lady and Belinda at reception. Dr G gives great advice and sorted out an ear issue I had a while ago. Not an easy job but a great service to the community.

Dr Khanna is absolutely fantastic. We followed him from his previous practice and even though it's 20 minutes out of our way, still trust him with our families care.

Worst inexperience Dr. Gautam. Has no knowledge about children at all. Avoid wasting your time and money

I love the Dr and receptionists here. Receptionists are always friendly and greet with smile. Dr is highly knowledgeable and his explanation is nice and clear all the time. I'm glad I finally found a good Dr!

Great service. Doctors and staff are very friendly and caring.
One day an women was crying while I was there, staff took a seat next to her to make her comfortable.

Dr Khanna is great! He is caring and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. The ladies at reception are lovely. Thank you so much.

I visited on a public holiday since my normal GP was closed. Doctor was knowledgeable and approachable. Receptionist was lovely.

It was easy to book an appointment online and doctor wasn't running late. In particular it's good choice for after-hours appointments, especially since they bulk bill.

It would be helpful if some of the chairs in the waiting area had arms and were taller for the elderly and people with mobility problems.

It's been 16 years of living in lovely country and I was struggling to find a lovely doctor like Dr. Khanna finally my search ends here.
What a lovely receptionist Belinda. I think my 5 star's are not enough for this clinic I would like to give how many are left in the sky.

Highly recommended for families! Dr Gautam Khanna is the best. Always makes you feel welcome & never feel rushed at appointment, very minimal wait time, Bulk Biling is available. I could not recommend a better practise. Very proffessional, knowledgable & Friendly. Thanks Dr. Khanna.

Modern, clean, and professional. A good doctor and attends to all my medical issues. I highly recommend him.

At last a doctor that doesn't work by the clock, he is a doctor that cares and gives you the time you need to tell the doctor whats going on with you. He listens to how you are traveling and makes you feel comfortable, what a champion. I want to say thank you for all your help and the new surgery is just amazing. Apart from listing he gives you the care and medication you need, I am just so thankful for all your help.
