Do not use this guy, i was working away and he took full advantage of this, a bully who when challenged about the cost got aggressive and made my wife feel very uncomfortable, odious little man.

We engaged Paul to renovate our bathroom, laundry and toilet recently. He did a fantastic job and the price was extremely good! The work was done to a high standard and everything took 3 weeks from start to finish. Very impressed by the quick turnaround, quality of the work and the professional and super friendly service. Paul and his team also cleaned up at the end of the job and was very considerate of the amount of dust generated as we were living in the house during the renovation. Paul replaced and relocated our hot water system to conform with current plumbing codes in december when it sprung a leak.

We were extremely happy with his friendly manner whilst completing the big job simply and efficiently for a very fair price.

We started the New Year with serious issues to our gas hot water system. Thanks to Paul who dropped in to check on the issue on his way back from a short vacation. He ID the problem & reinforced that it would be best to replace the whole system. He completed the work in a very professional manner including the rectifying of problems with the pipe work created by the dodgy home builder previously. We new the pipe work was dodgy as we are constantly reminded each time we under take any renovations like renewing the bathrooms. Hopefully Paul has now fixed the issues once & for all. We have hot water when we need it & the lack of water pressure was also fixed with the replacement of the dodgy pipe work. Thank you to Paul at Westbest.

Paul got back to us straight away, was there in less than an hour, fixed the problem quickly, without hassle and all for a very reasonable price! We will definitely contact Paul next time we need a plumber!

I have been using Paul's plumbing services for the last four years. He and Sally provide excellent prompt service and extremely fair quotes. It is also really great to have a tradesperson clean up after themselves, flexibility of being able to pay by EFTPOS on site as well. Cannot recommend them enough! Keep up the great work!

Do not use West Best Plumbing and Gas. I recently engaged this company to do some minor works on my property. After arriving late with no phone call to advise that they would be late which in turn made myself late for appointments. The plumber that finally arrived (the owner) was extremely rude and had no apology and didn’t really seem to care that he was extremely late. After showing him what work needed to be done he then started rambling about the fees involved and asking how I was going to pay. By this time I’m just about going out of my mind and asked him to complete the work. After 2 hours the work was finally completed (so I thought anyhow). Within this horrible 2 hours he was on the phone for at least 30 minutes in total (which I was charged for). I paid the invoice at the end of the job and was happy to see him leave. On arrival home from work that afternoon I was greeted by a flooded bathroom. I called this company back only to get a voice message. After 30 minutes I gave up and called another company which responded immediately and arrived 15 minutes later to rectify the work. I was advised that the work was completed in an untradesman like manner and for a simple job it should never have happened. I also have been advised that the owner of this company had only finished his trade two years ago. If you want a professional plumber to work on your property DO NOT ring West Best Plumbing as you will have a nightmare like I did.
