If I could rate higher I would, the guys at west state tyres in Bentley were awesome
And treated my ute like it was theirs. They couldn’t balance them correctly due to the negative 25 rims I got without making them look hideous so they waited until they got in balancing beads which didn’t change the look and worked better, and didn’t charge the extra price as “ The extra charge is nothing because you are passionate about your car and you understood that we wanted to do it right the first time. 100/10 definitely keeping these guys as my tyre and rim place

Called up this morning, as was told that they had none in stock but they were able to get in for that very afternoon. Friendly woman at the counter with great customer service. Got two new tires and balanced for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thankyou again

HIDDEN COSTS! Whilst they were already fitting the tyres was only then approached and informed of a new $6 levy fee per tyre for disposal

Do not get your wheel alignment done here. They don't do it properly. Had my car done yesterday was still pulling to the left. Technician Scott said it was the lift kit and he couldn't adjust and would cost thousands to fix. Wrong. If you look at the report and the nut he hadn't even touched it. I have now gone to Beaurepairs where they did it properly and advised me on what Scott didn't do. I drove 450km after this believing the technician, as I have no idea about these things. So dangerous and putting lives a risk. Went to these guys to support a small business, especially in these times. Won't be doing that again. Avoid at all costs not worth the disappointment. These guys deserve not 5, but ten stars! My subaru tribeca has always been pulling to the left and none of the shops i went before (tyrepower & some small independent shops) were able to fixed the issue. I went there saturday morning, they inspected my front tyres and straight away they know what the problem was, fixed it straight away like it was like nothing. The lady at the front desk is by far the most knowledgeable female i came across with. These people are the gods and goddesses of wheel alignment! I wont be looking for another place, i will stick with west state tyres forever!
