24Ordered 8 pieces of fish and 3 lots of chips but only got 5 pieces of fish and 1 lot of chips. Not happy.
After looking up a fish and chip shop that is open on the website. We arrived to order fish and chips to be told they stop cooking at 730pm even though it has 9pm on the website with the fish and chip ad and we arrived just after 8pm. Not very apologetic staff either!
Good portion of chips but slightly undercooked, fish was really good, very expensive but maybe they hicked the prices up as it was a long weekend.
Super disappointed. Travelled 6 hrs and our first meal was well below average. Ordered a chicken burger and added salad (paid extra for the salad) only to receive just the chicken burger, No apology when I called to say they stuffed up just recommended I return and get the salad put on. Fighting between staff in front of customers as employees were not even handing out tickets so people knew who’s order it was being called. Chips were soggy and disgusting and squid rings were horrible! Never ever will I be returning to West End I would rather go to McDonalds. $40 worth of food I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. Utterly disappointed
