'I was hired by Adam the director, he and his team strung me along for weeks assuring me the job was mine, I went for a medical and pre employment, my references came back with great reviews. I then had to wait several weeks, in which I continually contacted them and they assured me the job was mine. In the end I was told, the company decided to go in another direction and no longer needed employees. I later found out this was a lie and another labour hire company was hiring people for the same role on this project. Adam and his team should be ashamed of themselves, in the end they cost me and my family over 2 months of wages as I turned down other job offers. No morals, ethics or principle, avoid this company at all costs! It is simply not worth the hassle'

If I could give a minus star I would. Demobilised a week before Christmas, have emailed numerous times as to why we were sent off site. Extremely poor communication, apparently they couldn’t get hold of their site rep!

Work for this company at your own risk!

Jumped in with WCW about 6 months ago and still going strong
Nicky is great to deal with and always on the ball
Nothing is too hard or a problem for her

I have worked for westcoast for 18 months, and unlike other agencies they do what they say and are always upfront with any role. Pays are always on time without exception and are always correct, any questions I have had I've directed to Nicky in the office and she has always made sure to deal with them straight away for me.
Give them a go you won't be disappointed.

I've been trying to get into the fifo lifestyle for while with no luck then came westcoastworkforce and they got me working fifo in a week, always on time with pay and only a phone/email away to help me with any questions.

I've worked through them since the beginning of January. They have always answered any questions and also kept in touch about our welfare. Do recommend applying for any work through them.
