My Jeep Grand cherokee broke down with computer and electrical faults, west coast mechanics were great, i had my car towed there and they found one crank sensor faulty and replaced it, pcm module and coils needed replacing. They did all this in a short time and at a great price.
Very happy with their work.

Tom was incredibly accommodating and helpful in repairing our camper at short notice and getting us back on the road. Highly recommend West Coast Mechanics!

Do not use these guys! Booked in to get a valve replaced told it would take approx 2 hours. 6 hours later got told the part isn't even in the store and would not be available until the next day even though i was told earlier that someone was working on the car. Was still willing to get the job done with a discount for the stuff around, workshop declined. No customer service, Complete waste of time and pure muppetry from Tom at West Coast Mechanics.

I’ve used West Coast Mechanics since we moved to the Rockingham area. I feel comfortable that they don’t try to rip me off just because I’m a female with no car knowledge at all! They’ve helped with simple things like replacing my windscreen wipers, right up to arranging a tow truck and fixing the car when my husband put the wrong fuel in.

This business treated me disrespectfuly I put my Ute in to have it diagnosed for a non starting issue I was told it was a fuel pump dispute having a fuel pump fitted by same business 18 months previous they held the Ute for a week and when I finally got it back after lie after lie my Ute broke down within 24 hours of having it home I have had another business look at it and the problem was auto electrics not fuel pump I do not like being lied to nor do I enjoy having to pay another company fix the real problem

Failed to diagnose faulty uni joint even though I booked it in specifically to replace it after getting under the car myself and seeing it was loose. Was told they needed the car for about 3 hours and to drop off at 8: 30am. Didn't even look at the car till 2pm wherein I was phoned up to say my uni joints were good but I had severe diff backlash.told him to have another look and he confirmed the uni joint was shot. Had a gutful of mechanics needing my car for a whole day for a one hour job booked a week in advance.

Really good service to my Toyota.
Guys ring if they find anything that needs attention.
Price is good, supporting local small business well wotth it.

Twelve months ago had Tom and his boys install a transmission cooler into my 2019 PX3 Ford Ranger and recently I had issues with lack of power which Tom and his boys did a great job fixing. Turns out with all the cold short distance running around town, the intake and EGR had clogged with carbon which they cleaned out thoroughly, then did a DPF regeneration, oil and filter change and at a fraction of the cost Ford would have charged. I am no longer going to Ford for servicing because they really tell you nothing and you have to accept there findings, whereas Tom and his boys tell you how it is, very well priced and not only that explain in detail what has gone wrong and even show you physically if necessary. Also the mechanics that were working there last year are still there this year which is a sign of a very well run business. You have won me Tom, you and your boys are my mechanic now for good, even with new vehicles under warranty.

Great service. The whole crew will work hard to get your job completed asap. My whole family take all our cars there. They will Tell you all the jobs that need doing but also explain which are urgent.

A friend referred them to me a while back (5) star rating. And i had an issue with the service done which i will admit was a while ago but the day i left i emailed them to let them know about the issues which they told me they would fix i just had to bring the car back. With moving houses and changing jobs i wasn't in perth much and when i was i needed my car and couldn't spare it. The problem wasn't that big and i could deal with it until i had the tine to fix it. I called them and regardless of the email i sent them, the owner Tom just laughed at me and said what do you want me to do about it. The poor workmanship and lack of customer service is why i give a 1 star rating. I spent alot of money here and they never fixed the problem. Happy for you to contact me Tom and provide a better service.

I never thought I would be giving a mechanic company a 5 start rating, having never been satisfied with other mechanics in the past, but I have to say that these guys have done a great job at good value for money on two separate occasions. On one occasion I had to have a completely new motor put in, the turn around time was efficient and the value for money was excellent. The after care that followed was also very good. 2 years later and I've had an issue with something in the car and the mechanics have been efficient in their servicing and follow up to ensure that the issue doesn't persist. Overall I'm very happy with their service.

Friendly staff, very helpful, reliable, honest, don't over charge or do work that's not needed. Take their time to fix the problem properly. Highly recommend.

West coast mechanics are a lovely bunch of young adults professinal with their work and transparent with their clients
My landcruiser is in their now and have so far had a great experience even though the boss is away on holiday. Well done lads.
