Great product, no damage, all parts sent, great communication. Only 4 stars because they took 3-4 days to send a approximated delivery day.

After much research around Perth I decided to have these guys install a full Alpine system with Alpine 6 inch R2 series splits, X type 6 x 9s, a 12 inch Alpine R type sub and two amps in a Toyota Prado. Also the new Alpine Halo head deck which required changing some components on the dash.
The installation guy out the back is very experienced and did a great job, very neat installation (yes i checked the amp install etc:) ). I am very happy with the system. Have had 3 other systems installed over the years with various car audio stores around Perth. I highly recommend using this West Coast Hifi store.
Also highly recommend asking for Hayley if you are looking at a new system as she is a wealth of informatiom all things car audio and not your typical audio saleswoman.

Went in to get a replacement stereo head unit and cables cables. The blokes in there were all over it and super helpful 5 stars

Had a sub and amp installed in my land cruiser, sub failed after 3 months. Job was not completed correctly or commissioned at the start. Had to get a new sub (different brand at their recomendation) and new processor installed (processor at their recomendation too), no warranty offered on old sub. I was charged full price second time round to fix something that they should have been done correctly at the start. Won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend.

Very knowledgeable staff and a wide range of brands. Tell them what you want and they'll tailor a solution for you.

Great service and awesome products. Bought a power conditioner which was recommended and was astounded by the difference it made.

Great company, Steve and his team where very knowledgable and helped me select my home theatre equipment, the installer that came to my home to install the system was very profesional and knowledgeable in regards to instructing me on the use of the system, I did have a few issues with the system after it was installed but it was all my own fault and Steve and his team could not do enougth to assist me,

Two weeks ago I called into see Steve re some extra equipment no problem this was all sorted and on order told would take about two weeks and on Friday 18th October the call from Steve its in and will be with you in the next 30 minutes and so he was and all install and explained to me works so well and no problems was just what he said it would be So once again good service good price and equipment that when installed was explained to me now be fair what more can you ask for so phone Steve call in and see him and his team its quality at the right price.that why I have been going to rockingham for the past 15 plus years.

Just dropped into the store for some information regarding a h okme theatre set up. It's refreshing to find customer service that actually knows and understands there products. I appreciated them not just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need, rather work with what I already have to achieve my goal.thanks heaps guys I will be returning asap to complete my set up. Great guys, awesome customer service and extremely helpful. If you’re looking for anything AV this is the place to go. You’ll be surprised with the prices too, go in and see them, they’ve always been more than good to me.
After dealing with several of the other Large Electrical retailers, it became quite apparent their sales and advice are driven by commission, sales push on extended warranties and expensive unnecessary cables almost guaranteed.
They guys at Westcoast Hifi are there to help, they will give you good, honest advice and will not try to oversell something you don’t need. The equipment is top notch and if they don’t have it, they will try their best to get it.
You can even take you building plans in, they will help you design and equip that perfect theatre room, my favourite room.
New TV soon and this is where I will be going.
