Had preorder on new speakers, called 4 weeks layer to find out they had been in store for weeks, arrive to collect and they had been sold? Courier finally delivered directly from rep so thank you for organising that at least.

Dealt with Alex from the Cannington Store. Knowledgeable, easy going and helpful. Went to test out some Polk R600 speakers and Alex set me up and left me alone to my own devices to listen as long.and as loud! As I chose to make my decision. He also swapped out and upgraded me to an SVS 1000 Pro Subwoofer which was much appreciated. Hope the management read this review and appreciate their staff member. Cheers Alex

After receiving what I believed was a satisfactory quote from this store, but then being let down 3 times with having no-one turning up or even a courtesy phone call to say they couldn't make it to the arranged on site meeting, I've given up up this store and won't trouble them again.

Good customer service. Easy to deal with. The boys that came over took the extra time to make things perfect. A rare gem. Keep it up. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stoked with my new home theatre, Ryan helped me with the sale at the cannington store, was very helpful. Shane who did the installation was awesome did it quickly cleaned up after. Would 100% recommend these guys for a theatre system.

Amazing service. Ryan came out to set up our existing AV receiver. Made it sound fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. He also gave some amazing advice on TV mounting. I will be back to purchase all my AV gear in future. Thank you.

Very poor attitude unfortunately. Wouldn't go back. Would suggest staff get some diversity training.

WOW, they got the good stuff baby.
Just got a new amp the new guy was very helpful and knowledgeable, most of it went straight over me head, and has stayed there, but I'm happy with the purchase.

Cant thank the team enough especially Alex for organising and doing a great deal on a complete home theatre set up from amp/receiver, speakers, install even going as far as organising sound absorbing theatre curtains to better the acoustic's of the room. Of course thank you to Marco for the speedy and neat install and for the antenna cable which i completely forgot about.
All in all i strongly recommend the team at west coast hifi and urge you not to hold back.

Went into the Cannington store with a friend to help him navigate the sometimes confusing world of Hi-Fi. I was blown away by the Customer Service shown from Alex and his ability to make my friend feel comfortable and reassured in purchasing a very expensive home theater.

He was extremely professional and was able to walk my friend through the process front to back, without ever putting pressure on him to buy something he doesn't need. His focus was on making sure we got exactly what we were after and his passion for what he does really shone through.

He won me over and I'll be recommending the store and Alex to anyone I can.hell, I've decided to come back when I build a house to get my own theater system!

After visiting a few audio shops, i went to Westcoast Hifi Cannington.
I was kind of expecting the same customer service from there, that I received from majority of other shops (worst).
But Alex from Westcoast Hifi proved me wrong. He was very helpful from the beginning and answered all questions regarding my Home Theatre project.
Gave me good demos of some theatre setups.
Helped me to find the ideal speakers for my setup (KRIX Speakers).
Also gave me an irresistible low price, I ended up ordering 5 brand new krix speakers.

Looking forward to buying rest of the HT gears from you guys.

Myself and salesman on same page as to my hi-fi needs now and with an eye to upgrade further in future. Got a good deal.

Called and spoke to Alex about buying a Technics SL1500C. I believe this store is one of only two in WA that sell this turntable. Alex mentioned that they had been in sale recently but that had finished however he'd see what he could do on price. He got back to me quickly with a good price but price matched a lower price I had been given from interstate. Really happy with the service received from the friendly staff and their willingness to offer a great product at a great price, thanks guys.

After having a not so great experience at a different West Coast store, i decided to try my luck at the Cannington store.

Alex here, is the man.

Alex spent roughly 2 and a half hours with myself and a friend going through absolutely everything Home Theater wise.
Letting me know from the get go package details and options,
Not pushy at all when it came to deposits.

Will be sending anybody i come across who has any inkingly for HiFI to Alex at Cannington.

Great service at great price. They always get back to you on any queries you may have. Have been dealing with them for 12 years and never been disappointed. Received great service from Glen at Cannington recently. You will generally get similar or better deals than online plus good advice and stock availability.

Dave was extremely helpful and informative when I purchased the svs pb 1000 pro. My questions where all answered before my purchase.if you're looking for genuine and excellent customer service I would highly consider Westcoast hifi Cannington, their more than happy to help you choose the right product for your needs.
