Recently updated our home theatre system. After visiting numerous stores we dropped into West coast O'Connor. Gretting was fast and friendly. So got started on what I was after. Once I decided on the package delivery and installation was sorted for that week. The installation was professional, but we did have some hiccups, after a text to the installer he said will be over at 11am, public holiday no less. All fixed. Overall very satisfied and recommend them. Mark was our salesman and Graham was the installation guy.

We recently purchased a home theatre from Adrian and his team at O’Connor. The service was over and beyond our expectations. We spoke to Adrian and he took the time to come to our house and have a look at the set up before recommending or promising anything. We then visited their showroom – and Adrian explained the different setups in the showroom before we made a decision. His recommendations were spot on and was within our budget. The installation was perfect and they left everything clean and tidy. Being very new to this, he explained to us how it all worked and asked us to contact him anytime if we had any issues. Extremely poor salesmen. Shop was empty - 3-4 salesmen doing nothing - almost like they didn't want my business.and didn't know their products. AVOID!
