Very seldom to I write reviews but on this occasion, I felt compelled to do so based on my extended experience on what can only be described as first class customer service.

Scotty and his team have assembled an Aladdin’s cave of treasures and only too happy for one to demo equipment without pressure.

Always patient and forever understanding of one’s personal needs, this is my go to place for higher end Hi-Fi but they also cater for the needs of all sorts of tastes and budgets.

I’ve happily bought HiFi gear and HT electronics from Scotty and each time my purchases have included follow ups and offers of further demo opportunities when requested.

Whilst there are some amazing HT experiences to be had in the store that will cater for all sorts of needs, my main go to is the delectable Hi-Fi equipment that is on offer.

Sonus Faber, McIntosh, Fyne Audio, Audio Research and now a new brand called Revival Audio are just a few that I’ve had had some recent amazing experiences in demoing. Each will offer a gateway into the higher end audio market, providing hours upon hours of listening enjoyment.

My only criticism is that there is so much to choose from, it can make decision making difficult, but what a problem to have right?

Anyone in Perth or wider region, heck anyone in Australia, please do yourself the service of giving Scotty and his team an opportunity to fulfil yours dreams wishes.

I want to thank Scott and his team for a really great customer experience. I had a great deal on trading up to new hi end loudspeakers. There was excellent support at every step. My listening room is on the top storey of our house. Scott coordinated the unboxing of the speakers from their crate and had organised professional removalists to get them upstairs and into position. He then set everything up and fine tuned the positioning of the speakers to be "just right". Highly recommended.

A terrific branch to buy hifi. Florian set up equipment patiently for me to listen to different components in a dedicated listening room which helped me to make a good choice. If you are looking to buy hifi gear then the Midland branch of West Coast hifi would be my recommendation. I will certainly buy from them again in the future.

I asked Florian to order some replacement string for my Sonus Faber speakers and he supplied it to me free of charge! These guys have a lot of very high end gear in the shop and I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good sound.

Scotty and Marco were absolutely amazing. My theatre room is better than I ever could dream. I want to thank them so much for their professionalism and work ethic in creating a dream come true. Highly recommend.

I’ve been living with my Trinnov ST2 and Auralic Altair G2.1 for a few weeks now. Everything has settled in nicely. Just had to let you guys know what a remarkable difference the new kit has made to my system, especially the Trinnov.
I don’t say this lightly but, the improvement to my system is astounding, quite unbelievable. I’ve demo’d the difference to all my friends and the reaction is always the same, astonishment!
When I first set it up, my 12 year daughter (also a music lover) turned to me and said, “No way! That’s mental! ”
I’ve never heard my speakers sound so focused and full. When I switch off the optimisation the difference is totally obvious. It all just falls apart, back to the way they use to be in my challenging (acoustically speaking) room. The difference is much more evident at home than what it was in your demo room.

You were so right in introducing me to the Trinnov Optimizer. I had never heard of them, nor had I considered using dsp room/speaker correction.
I need to commend you in actually listening to my needs and steering me towards the Trinnov. I could have spent more on the front end gear and not purchased the Trinnov but would not have had a better outcome due to my room.
You thoughtfully came up with something that suited my needs in a much more sonically pleasing way. There is no way I could live without it.

I wanted to thank you and Kieran again for being patient and spending time with me during my multiple visits to your drool worthy store. I never felt pressured or rushed.
You have so much incredible equipment. Hifi is definitely still alive!

My family and I are so pleased, the system is never powered off. We’ve had numerous evenings going down music rabbit holes on Tidal streaming through the Auralic. We’ve even had quite a few late one’s blaring 70’s disco and 90’s house music (my wife’s favourite) on the weekends.

Thanks again, I’ll definitely be back and will certainly recommend Westcoast Hifi Midland to anyone looking for great audio gear with honest and professional customer service.

I purchased a home theatre with the Polk sound system and I was very happy with it. I’ve had some issues with the Polk subwoofer going into sleep mode but Jeff and nevin did their best to sort it out. I did have to pay to get a different polk subwoofer but on the 3rd attempt they upgraded me to a SVS sub free of charge. The whole system is awesome, I would (and I have) recommended them to friends and family

Can not even begin to tell anyone how highly I recommend West Coast Hi Fi stores in general right across all their Perth stores. That being said the staff (and management) of the Midland store are equally as good as the other exceptional stores. Great product knowledge.easy and casual conversation and NIL pushy greedy sales only driven nonsense. My whole surround system (Yamaha, Cambridge and Focal) was guided and recommended by WC Hi Fi staff and I very much appreciate their knowledge and customer service. I give 4 GOLD stars because only God
(in the form of sweet baby Jesus) and my old mum get 5.

PS Do your self a favour and regularly visit their stores (and keep an eye on Perth audio Gumtree Ads) because many WC Hi Fi customers regularly upgrade their audio equipment and WC Hi Fi then re-sell the traded, guaranteed to work, equipment at often exceptionally low prices (I speak here from personal experience). I purchased half my entire system that way and saved BIG! Also keep an eye out for X-DEMO equipment. I saved BIG that way too.

I have been dealing with the team from WestCoast HiFi Midland for numerous years and i cannot recommend them enough. Scott and his team

Great Service Great Advice Great Prices

Website stock indicator does not reflect what they actually have on hand. Almost ruined a Christmas gift due to delays and misleading information about when the item will be shipped (and where from). Never followed up with calls they said they would so had to chase up order status manually. Fortunately I managed to find stock locally last minute at a more reputable dealer. Two stars because they were sympathetic on the phone and didn't argue when I cancelled. In future, just be honest and direct about any items you can't fullfill in the shipping time stated instead of hoping it'll all sort itself out.

Thank you Scott and the installer on a easy process and fantastic job on both of my T. V's today.

If you need to find a Hifi shop that you can talk to friendly staff who would really listen to you and do everything they can to help you audition the best speakers in town, this is the place. Five star showroom, five star staff (especially Scott). Highly recommended!

Good range of product from budget to premium equipment. Sales people tend to talk & not always listen so do your homework on what you want first.
