Weirdly didn’t offer to showcase any of the sound - we only discussed, might have walked away with something if I had actually heard stuff.

Just wanted to thank WC Hifi Osborne Park of the Amazing service, I went to the shop spoke to Vic regarding my reno project, he suggested to come around and see the area, he was very knowledgeable and suggested right set up for both indoor outdoor and tv area.he booked the boys to come install and setup, despite hard access and difficult job they managed to put the time down to install tv and speakers all around the house professionally they covered the whole floor and had professional tools to do the job.they made sure we know everything about the system before they left late afternoon! Had great experience with the WC Hifi team and will use them again for my office.

I had a great experience purchasing a Yamaha R-N602 Network Receiver and a pair of Bowers & Wilkins 600 series bookshelf speakers. Check these guys out for all TV, stereos, speakers, headphones and quality cabling and TV mounts when you need your next purchase. Forget the major retailers.
The cinema rooms for demonstration are fully equipped and movie samples are on point for showing the quality of the products.

Vic and his team have installed a Sonos home sound system and we have had problems with it was installed which we paid $thousands for. I would definitely not use West Coast HiFi

Went to store for advice and upgrade and Con and Tony in these trying times provide a very professional and personalised service the old fashioned way.

Bought a new Epson projector and 65 inch tv. Vic and the team were so hopefully and their knowledge on what would better suit my home theater room was incredible.

Great products, great advice, outstanding result the projector 4k Epson TW9400 is so clear and bright my 4k movies look fantastic.

Excellent service! When I had an issue with my set up I had purchased Rustin helped me work through it until the problem was solved, going above and beyond. If I need anymore hifi equipment I know where I’ll be going!

Went in to buy some new speakers, staff went out of their way to avoid me - left after 25mins of not being approached by a single salesperson. Will take my money elsewhere.

Really like dealing with these guys especially Jason and Vic, they give great prices and great service. West Coast Hifi Osborne park performed the install of my projector, surround speakers, and ceiling speakers and I am are very happy with them. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and will rectify any issues in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I recently sourced a Marantz / B&W 7.2 Home Theatre through these guys. My primary point of contact was Matt, who was both reasonable and easy to get along with. The original plan was to complete the install myself, however I re-evaluated once the complexity of the task became apparent. I gave Matt a call and this was no issue. Shortly thereafter he came out and quoted the job. Two installers were dispatched to the house a week or so later.

As part of the install several structural pieces from the false ceiling had to be removed. The installers had sufficient trade experience and were able to remove these without compromising the ceilings integrity. A last minute request was the installation of an ethernet and telephone point on the other side of the room. This was done at no cost. During the whole install the guys were friendly and trustworthy house guests. The install took 8 hours, but would have probably taken me a week. Audyssey calibration and all home theatre components were configured to run in 5.2/7.2, and the system was handed over no further work required.

Several weeks following the install one of the B&W PV1D subwoofers developed an electrical fault. After sending Matt an email, they simply ordered me in a replacement subwoofer. The exchange process could not have been simpler.

Yes you could individually purchase all the components off the internet and save a little money. If you prefer to buy electrical goods from a physical store; the support, after sales service and peace of mind you get in return more than compensates. If building another home theatre I would use these guys again.

Best place in Perth for HiFi, these guys always give me the best advice for my audio needs without any unnecessary upselling. Every time I shop around I always seem to end up back here for my purchase. I would call myself an "entry level" audiophile. They never talk down to you here, which makes you want to always come back.
