Absolutely LOVE this store. I live on the opposite side of the country and still receive my order in quicker time and better condition than I do from my local city. I can’t thank you guys enough, wish I could see your store in person.

Insanely fast delivery! Was so impressed that they showed up 1 week after I ordered (im all the way in New Zealand). Arrived faster than something else I'd ordered from a new zealand company on the same day - go figure! Lol. Boots are awesome and were also a lot cheaper than purchasing here in NZ. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Have been shopping at West Brothers for a long time. Being keen to join the team, I was given an interview and had to come in store for a day to shadow. Was told that I would receive communication in a weeks time. Received nothing for 3 WEEKS. Very Unprofessional and feel disrespected as both a customer and a person. The fact that they don't have a few seconds to communicate back shows how little they care about wasting people's time, despite the immense respect I showed to both Paul and all the staff.

These guys are awesome, staff are so good and take care of any issues quickly. The clothing is always on point when i order from them. Thanks guys

Dan at West Brothers was awesome to deal with. Super prompt replying to emails and very understanding of a crazy courier experience getting my purchase to NZ, which was 100% the courier’s issue. I can’t fault Dan for his customer service and will definitely shop online with West Brothers again.

SCAM AND RIP OF ARERT!
Worse shop complete rip off rude manager told me i wasted their time after I've bought a puma shoe from them for $140 then i went to have a coffe in the same mall and started chracking my phone if the shoe is cheaper else where and found out in puma australia it is $50 what a rip off after that i went to return it withen 5min and he said he wont take return and wont refund me only give me store cradit and it says on theor recpit so be careful they wont tell you that you cant get a refund if u buy once but it says on their receipt you only get store credit and that store has 4× higher price for all manager took $10 of me for 5 min when i went to return in 5 min and he said I'm waste of time when he rip me off with the money extremly rude if u try to return anything scam! Illigle prices police force should definitely look in to this you gotta sur them and take your momey bck they are waste of time nad money dont waste your hard earned money! Always check other places before!

Love the staff here and the clothing is very affordable compared to places like culture kings or even DFO

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I made a purchase from Melbourne (fell in love with some sneakers, and West Bros were the only ones who had stock and they were cheaper) - shoes came very quickly, but sadly, were too big. I called them, they advised to send back and repurchase. Dan was so nice on the phone, advised me how to send back, using a cheaper posting method, and reinstated my 5% introductory offer. Such a great company, very good service and responsibility priced. I will certainly shop there again!

Nice stuff, I used shop here quite often. I'm only giving 3 stars because even though I droped money here often, the staff still watched over me and followed me around to a point that it was just offensive.
I now buy everything at other stores online because of the way they have always made me feel. It's nice clothing but it's all available online and often at better prices. ‍️
They also don't have any loyalty program

I went there tonight to buy my son Adidas sneakers which we both love! The girl who served us was amazing and so nice. I seen so many things I want on the way out so I'll be going back soon

I cannot believe what happened this morning. West Brothers Staff was very blunt to me. A very selfish individual.
I bought a shoe it is very new. I couldn't wear it caused me a lot of pain. I only wore the shoe in the house. I Went to the West Brothers store hoping to exchange or refund. But no success.
One day soon Karma will come to him
I feel very sad I paid $ 99: 00 for that shoe. What does he care

That is not true i am not being dishonest. The shoe Wasn't filty I did not wear it outside my house. It was only in the house. I didn't wear it for long it was too painful to wear on my feet.

God has nothing to forgive me I didn't do anything wrong. I was being honest. It is you. You won you got my money I lost.

Good old fashioned values and service, always a pleasure shopping here, when the staff remembers your name and face and already knows what style / fit you like it makes the experience that much easier, The online store is easy to use and navigate and postage is always fast and on time. Can't wait to shop again!
