Wesley Institute of Medical Admin Training

Loved to do certificate 3 in medical administration with Wesley. The mentors were good, never felt left out. The zoom meetings were always informative and learnt something new.

I am disappointed with how Infection Control workshop has been managed. The resources are good but not good for responding to the student’s emails. I tried calling them to postpone my workshop dates via websites, several emails and phone calls and they have not reached out. That workshop had still not been postponed. If this cannot be done, then how can they respond to student’s issues?

I did this course a few years ago and having been made redundant as the car manufacturer was closing down i thought ok now what and so i heard of the medical reception course and so i did this couse and it great, i was so interested and i was kept engaged all the time, coveted everything you need to know. I got a job straight away in a hospital and after awhile i ended up in medical records. Outstanding.

Wanting to change careers was a daunting experience and there were quite a few RTO's to choose from. I was recommended Wesley from a Job Agency because it was so well regarded and known in the medical industry. I'm really glad I did. I had completed a short course a few years ago with another RTO, but Wesley's course was so much more comprehensive and enjoyable. The mentors were truly helpful and knowledgeable and were available for any question. I finished my Cert III and obtained a great position 3/4 way through my course. The practice manager was impressed I had started this course, and truly everything I learnt helped me in my role. This was a great course, and I thorougly recommend. Thank you Wesley.

I enjoyed my time studying for Wesley Training. I did cert III in Business Admin Medical and I learnt so much. Anytime I needed help, they were always a message away. This helped me to complete my course very quickly.
I've now got a job in health out of it!

I completed this course in June and was so impressed by the depth of knowledge from the trainers. The helpful tips from the Careers Workshop helped me find a job after completing this course and I have so far enjoyed a brilliant career in the medical industry. I can't rate Wesley highly enough, their Medical Reception and Terminology course is excellent, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable industry professionals. They gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to work in the industry.

Great course with the most amazing and knowledgeable trainers - I did this in June last year and got so much out of it! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change careers or get back into the workforce!
