Wesley College

I went here, Teachers were truly truly awful, all the good ones left and the teachers that stayed were on absolute power trips and weren't great at teaching anyway, bullying culture was swept under the rug and pretended it wasn't there, waking up at five most mornings for training comprimising academics, coaches were okay, I've seen many parents take their kids out of Wesley in recent years, and the price is a joke plus all the extra fees you will have too pay is reason enough too send your kids elsewhere.

So far so good! We are liking our experience at Wesley totally different from our previous school experience which was bitter.

School is forward looking, the teachers help the students at whatever learning pace is needed. Sports programs are top notch and have quality coaches. Students are very respectful and it is a friendly environment with nearly every student that attends at Wesley engaging/enjoying what the school has (sports, classes, classmates and co-curricular). I would definitely recommend sending your child to this school if they enjoy academics, sports or excel at anything the school holds because %90 of the time Wesley provides the quality for your child to develop, and in general it is a very well rounded school.

It is a terrible school! No one listens to you and the teachers literally eat pickles every day and Owen Hosking held me hostage in the bathrooms. And the school doesn't listen to any of our ideas
For example, I once asked the headmaster for extended lunch.
Long story short, we did not get extended lunch.

I like the buildings and the school but as a student I did not see the staff members helpful and the students action appropiate

Staff were very attentive, responsive to our requests and friendly. Made some excellent suggestions and the food was delicious. We had the prawns and squid for entree.yumm, then shared the pork plate this was an unusual combination but worked together really well. Pork belly was cooked so well. Drinks service was great (only forgot one drink). Would recommend can be a bit pricy though.

Amazing and friendly teaches with terrific grounds. All of the facility are the latest tech and have many resources.couldn't ask for more.

This is the best school ever! The teachers are wonderful, the extension classes are actually teaching kids that know Alot the things they need to do and the children that struggle get easier questions and task so they can learn at their own pace. GREAT SCHOOL!

A lot of kids get bullied very badly there and the school doesn’t do anything about it. I know quite a few people who had to change schools for this reason!

Very high standard of teaching and facilities. Really feels like I'm not in Perth with the quality and the atmosphere of the school. The boys and girls who attend are very lucky to be able to go to a school of this stature

Great place to work. High standards expected from everyone but a wonderful, supportive atmosphere. The facilities for students are amazing and the teachers are inspirational.

A really cutting-edge school. I was amazed by the quality of facilities in the science building.

My brother and a bunch of my friends go here. It's an okay school, but I don't know anyone who really enjoys it. I don't get why they made it co-ed up until Year 6 though. Trying to get some money? All the girls I know who used to go to Wesley are mostly bullies, however. None of them liked Wesley.

To my mind, this is the best school in Australia. The balance is just right between turning out boys of a certain standard while also letting them think freely and be themselves.

I hope the atar gets better and they get a replacement, more capable, headmaster.
OH and the READING PLUS! Reading plus is the most horrible non improving program in the world all it does is just cripple the spirits of young people all over the world.wesley college in you're reading this DITCH READING PLUS!
