Wembley Hotel

Took our booking for 8 at 5.30 and didn't have a table available when we got there.
Disappointing!

Good local pub. Plenty of separate areas to huddle.
Gripes: TV's can get too loud. Commentators drivel!
Missing a true beer garden (like most pubs these days.

We have been at the Wembley Hotel restaurant several times. Unfortunately tonight was far from what we have experienced previously. Waiting for a garlic bread for entry over half an hour and having asked several times where it was seems weird. Then when asked about why the food took so long we got a lame excuse that “depending what we ordered it would take longer to get it all out at he same time”. 2 schnitzels, 2 burgers and a grilled salmon is not complicated and we have eaten out many times not having had this problem. Even when we asked to take one of the plates when finished, he told us “nah, I’ll wait until everyone is finished”. Unbelievable. Many little mistakes that make a meal less than average. Wait staff are a huge part of that experience, and the waiter still has to learn a few things… lucky the female waiter did a better job at reading the customers needs. The Wembley used to be good, but we will think twice before going there again.

This is just a good local pub. Food is good pub fare. Plenty of nooks and crannies depending on your wants. Footy on the TV. Great bottle shop. Not many inner city type venues like this anymore

The pub has been done up since I was last there, was a fairly busy night when we went. We had dinner, which was okay, but could of been better, maybe it was just our choices for the evening. Beer's were good, will a wide range available on tap. Service was good, which made it a positive experience.

Went to Wembley Hotel for a friends function. Great atmosphere. Quick friendly service. Food was really tasty. Drinks were reasonable price.

Wembly burger is so good! Very generous portion (huge!) and so satisfying. Soft buns and very messy just how a great burger should be. The egg yolk oozes as you sink your teeth in, burger well seasoned and the saltiness from the bacon, yum! Really loved their buffalo wings too- good amount of tang to them, crispy on the outside and super juicy meat. Took my family there on another visit and the entire party of 8 loved their meals and great selection of beer available. Highly recommend if you’re after pub grub.

Had a brilliant experience last night with the pub take away. We ordered the old fav - chicken parmigiana with chips and salad - and it was well presented, hot and tasty. The order and pick up process was seamless with excellent value for money. Really impressed with the Wembley's ability to pivot their business in difficult circumstances - well done. We'll definitely be back.

Best value pub in Perth!
Highly recommend the $15 steak night and daily happy hour.
Great ambiance, sports on screen and a massive selection of beers on tap.

Can't go wrong for a short or long stay. Sport on the big screens. Great staff and food pretty good. Plenty of variety and the beverages are cold.

Good bar meals with a set of daily specials and pizzas. Good variety of drinks. Plenty of tables/benches and seating. Fast bar service, rarely a wait. Always a good amount of patrons (never "empty" when I've attended). Live music. All your sports-ball desires catered for with screens everywhere and a big screen in the beer garden. I live miles away but it's my local.

Food was amazing, servings are huge. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The vibe is very chill and comfortable.

Great layout. Fantastic spread on the menu. Relatively pricey but lots of screens around, good live music etc. Worth a visit.

Love this place! Only thing I will say that could do with improvement is when you buy a short bourbon and coke and a tall they both get the same 30ml shot. So you're only playing extra for extra coke. Other then that this place is amazing!

Great local spot for dinner and drinks. Chicken Parmigiana is definitely my favourite choice from here

The service tonight was impeccable and timely. We had the calamari and the oink and baa baa stone cooked meat lover like juicey pizza. I had a middy of the new cider on tap which was light and not sickly sweet at all.

Nice place to relax outside with a drink and something from the menu TV screens sports of various codes inside & outside.
