7 I've been coming here for years. All of the GP's are very nurturing, knowledgeable, efficient and on time.

Not a good practice. I only give two stars coz the nurses and reception staff are efficient and nice.the doctors I saw were also nice but not too good. Went there for many years and had some serious issues a different doctor uncovered and treated. This clinic was not interested or curious enough to send me for appropriate tests. It’s ok for routine stuff but not much else. There are a number of doctors there and my poor experience included four of them.
Like all practices, sometimes you wait awhile & other days you don't wait at all. I've been coming to Wembley Family Medical centre most of my life and I have never had a bad experience, all of the staff are wonderful.

I have found this practice to be one of the best. When I needed them to see my son and they were booked out they arranged for a locum to come out- all bulk billed. I have always been satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. Highly rate
I’ve been a loyal patient for a couple of years now, have referred friends and clients here an today when I needed an emergency appt I was refused. I walked in just after opening time as previously trying to call at 8: 30am the phones are either not turned over or you can’t get through. I figured after a sleepless night in pain it was just easier to be here at opening time. I’ve been made to wait as you expect at a dr’s surgery but today when I needed an emergency appt there was no offer of one let alone to sit and wait and see what they can do. Being a regular patient doesn’t mean anything. Just another poor customer service experience from a medical provider.
