Came here to service my car for a 180,000km check, felt that the prices are fair, the service is friendly and professional and the work is to a high standard.

I have been using Wembley Autocare for 3 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. The service is impeccable every time. Today I pulled in 5 minutes before closing with a flat tyre, they fixed it immediately and refused payment when I offered. They really take pride in what they do. Thanks again!

TLDR; They installed a rubbish oil filter that caused engine to ‘knock’ on cold start up. DO NOT use these guys for your car.

Had a standard service done by them. They installed a rubbish, generic bottom of the line GM oil filter with no drain back valve. This meant that every time I cold started the engine I would hear knocking from the oil pump sucking in air for a few seconds before the oil filter was re-filled with oil. Combine this with their use of a rubbish oil that oxidised in less than 2 months (without many kms) means you should NEVER use these guys *unless* maybe you pay them for labour only and you supply the parts.

Either way, anyone who would choose to use this level of parts on their customer’s cars is someone not interested in quality.

These guys really know what they're talking about when it comes to cars. They always do a fantastic job.

Makes you do unnecesarry work on your car just to charge extra money but fails to fix the real issues. My car was leaking oil heavily after a $400 service from this place. When I took it back they quoted double the price to fix it. I left instantly and had it fixed from another mechanic for a fraction of the cost. Never going back.

These guys have always been amazing. Fair prices and not charging me when they don’t need to.

Jeff and his team really went the extra mile to ensure our VW Passat (with loads of problems) was back on the road. So refreshing to find an honest mechanic who really cares about his clients. Deal with Jeff he is just amazing. They fixed CV Joints (full shafts) new cooling system (various hoses & header tank), transmission mounts, engine buffer and brake circuit issues. Thanks Jeff and team, you saved us BIG time.

Didn't like these guys at all they did the exact opposite of what they said they would do -works without getting confirmation first. They even gave me wiper blades (that I didn't ask for) and they squeaked immediately! Would have preferred my old silent ones. Never went back.

I have been going to Wembley Autocare for several years and have always been very pleased with their work and customer service. On a couple of occasions I have called unannounced due to issues with my car and they have attended to these on the spot and without charge despite being very busy. The staff are pleasant and very helpful and I have always felt confident with their advice.

Provided my Suzuki Swift with a great service. The car runs like new. The team kept me informed throughout the process so there were no unexpected costs. Fantastic open and honest customer service. Will definitely return in the future.

Wembley Autocare are seriously the best mechanics in Perth! They guys are so friendly & most importantly completely honest. I rang up to ask about power steering fluid levels & they said to bring it in for a quick check. When I arrived one of the owners checked all my levels, lights & tyres and even topped up my fluids for free. This kind of service is so old school and great:) I really really appreciate you guys helping me (a pretty mechanically clueless 31 year old female about to go on a big road trip). I will never change mechanics & would recommend you to anyone that asks.
