Very clean, but not particularly wide internal lanes, so difficult to unpack the van as frequently had to stop to let others drive through, not a real problem, just was in a hurry

Great receptionist friendly and very helpful.

Handy location, 24/7, clean huge storage spaces. Update must say that this gentleman Victor has been really helpful in the viewing process as I could see the plan and the units in real life before making a reservation.

What a great find. I just happened to find Welshpool Self Storage out of the blue.

I needed storage in short notice so I was driving around to storage places and was having a lot of trouble finding something when I saw Welshpool Self Storage.

I decided to check it out. They had a small storage available immediately and the best thing was 24hr access!

The staff member there on a Saturday was very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to him for the help.

I have been using these guys for about 5 months now, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
With all of the construction they’re currently doing, I got locked inside the complex one night for 4 hours with no way to exit. The staff on the phone were incredibly unhelpful, wouldn’t get me in contact with anyone, said the manager would contact me when they could but as it was 10: 30 at night at the time, it obviously wasn’t going to be until the next morning. The staff were incredibly rude, I was distraught and the issue was only solved by me leaving my car in the complex, jumping the fence, unerring home and returning the next day to retrieve my car. Thoroughly unimpressed. Nobody contacted me regarding the issue at all, and honestly just extremely underwhelmed and angry by the whole experience.

We have the smallest storage unit available. It is an odd shape but cheap at $84 per month. $6 per month for insurance up to $5k worth of items in storage and the people are friendly and easy to talk to. We have come multiple times to take and add items as needed within 24/7 hours. Quick access and usually easy to move around although we have found some times people are blocking the way to our storage unit and on one occasion we had to go the wrong way. Storage trailer and van have either always been booked - even in advance or recently were under mechanical servicing so couldn't get used. Only disappointment. We ended up using a ute and trailer at bunnings. We also couldn't fit our kayaks into storage as they are over 2 meters long.

Super stoked to be renting a unit from these guys and gals, we took advantage of the free moving truck which was very convenient and saved us the extra expense of hiring a truck. A big shout out to Amy in reception, thanks Amy!

Yes I am happy with Storage Unit and easy to access day and night with mobile device to app 24/7 when I am on site.

Highly recommend Welshpool Self Storage.

This place is extremely difficult to deal with.when you sign up everything is happy, smiles and roses, but be aware. This is a completely automated system and the customer service is terrible. Every time emails get sent they get marked as spam because their domain has been blacked listed (which can be easily fixed by them but wont) so you will have to proactively go looking for their invoices and info emails in your junk folder and hope that your email provider doesn't delete them before you get to them. When I signed up, I was told they don't do direct debt and found out later after missing my first payment because of the junked email problem that they do in fact provide direct debt. The only reason I found this out is my first invoice was spammed/deleted and I lost access to me stuff and I called to find out why, not the other way around. I understand they cant call every time but as a new customer and my first payment you would think they could at least courteously call to see if there where any issues before locking you out of your stuff, incorrect details could have been recorded. I was told that I should have setup direct debt and was pretty much treated like a criminal as I missed my payment. I honestly think, looking back that the guy at the time when I signed up couldn't be bother with the paper work to setup direct debt as we did ask for this. The office manager David is also completely unhelpful and I really don't know why he is even there, trying to get a copy of the first invoice that was deleted by spam was a mission. There are other companies that provide this service and have way better customer service so I would seriously choose them over these guys.

Great storage facilities and location. Open 24/7 with key pad access. The facility has electronic monitoring on doors and has excellent pest management
