Welshpool Auto service

So very disappointed with Welshpool auto service, would hopefully of got warranty work done but their attitude was really rude, customer service was absolutely disgusting today, come back saying that there was nothing wrong with either of the issues we had wasn't until the female Amy came and said can you please show me what's going on and it got stuck in front of them,
And then everything was different
Would I use then HELL NO
Very poor customer attitude and service
The company driver has more brains and manners than the workers and management
Sorry I don't recommend anyone should use them at all

Good customer service. Best among the rest.
One bloke I met there, he is a good bloke. He really listened to me and fixed my car within a short period.

These guys had my Subaru for total of 14 days 3 trips back and forth and still couldn't fix the problem with my car, however loads of excuses, they even took it to Subaru who ripped me off, honestly these guys cost me time and money hiring Uber everywhere. 14 days and still no fixes.took to another company had the issue fixed in 1 day! Would i recommend? HELL NO!

Not happy. 4wd (green) light on dash when 4wd is not engaged. Was no prob with 4wd. Brake lights not working (stop lights work). When I took car in 13/6 prob was (inter alia) that brake lights not turning off.
Been back twice and told " it's 3: 45 so there is no one to help you now"
Second time about 9: 30am again no one to help you.
I've got drawers in the back. There is a fridge and camping gear in the back on the drawers. There is an access compartment to enable access to the rear lights. All that was required was one call to ask me to come and unlock the rear. You obviously saw some stuff through the window and threw your hands in the air.

Welshpool Auto Service do all the services on my families 3 vehicles and have done so without issue and at a fair price and advise if anything needs attention and when the work would need to be carried out. Never had any dramas.

Do not trust these guys. Took my car there under the dealers statutory warranty a few months ago and they replaced some bushes. Besides telling them numerous times its a faulty transmission the guy insisted its just the bushes. Never gave me any paperwork for what was done on the car and now I'm out of pocket for the transmission rebuild. Take your car elsewhere.
