I tell everyone how I wish I could duplicate Welsh realty. I have numerous previous agents over the years and if I knew exactly how good, good service could be I would have broken up those relationships sooner (amirite!). I don't want to wax too lyrically but Welsh do what they say they will do and when there are issues or concerns they are onto it and contactable. They also have a low turn over in staff which is a miracle these days and should give you confidence that they are going to look after your place and not just add it to another overworked person's portfolio.
