Dr Lim was very thorough with checking everything, and very kind and patient. The staff were all friendly, understanding abd helpful. It's great to have a good doctors practice locally in Wellard!

I have attended the practice on 3 occasions now and had the same experience each time- not fantastic and I will not return. The Dr I saw at each appointment ran over 60minutes late and then rushed through my appointments, seemed very dismissive and overall not particularly interested.
As an allied health professional myself I understand that things don't always go to plan however on 2 occasions I scheduled the first appointments for the day, and at no time was I informed the Dr was running late. On the first when I enquired at reception they checked and said the Dr had called my name and I did not respond and so she moved on although I had been sitting close to her door and watching them come through. I also had the experience of walking in taking a number and pressing the bell for pathology of which the reception said hello and I explained I was there for pathology after again waiting for 30mins I enquired and she told me they were on break and eould be back in another 30mins. I did ask why she did not mention it when I intially enquired and she just shrugged her shoulders.

WORSE RECEPTIONIST experience
I took my wife there recently, had very bad experience from the receptionists. The lack of professionalism was quiet evident. Dr. Manjula Morisetty was a very good Dr. But the receptionist, they didn't care about us. Was rude faced, was not welcoming and had absolute NOT-APPROACHABLE attitude. Will NOT recommend this family practice just because of the receptionist.

Multiple doctors running 40-45 minutes late for appointments at the same time, and it was still early morning. Doctor didn’t seem too confident, repeating the same basic questions multiple times and not remembering my answers. Didn’t apologise for such a long wait either. The initial receptionist we saw wasn’t exactly friendly but the ones we saw later in the experience were nicer.

Staff are phenomenal, friendly and go above and beyond every time to be empathetic, caring and sincere.

I have nothing but praise for these guys. I recently had a workplace accident and compensation case. It was my first time going through such an experience and they made what could’ve been a very complicated event, extremely easy from start to finish. The girls in reception went above and beyond to deal with my case and I’ll be forever great full. Keep up the good work

Highly recommend Dr Nzi. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Also has an excellent bedside manner is one of the nicest GPs I’ve met.

Receptionists are compassionate and extremely helpful, nursing staff are professional and empathic, phlebotomist is gentle, with the doctors always providing great service. Recently our family were quite unwell and Dr Kuba went above and beyond to ensure we were not only cared for, but regularly checked on to ensure we were responding to all treatments and improving. Cannot recommend Wellard Family Practice enough for feeling a warm hug from all when we walk through the door or call. Many thanks to a great team of staff:)

Waited for over an hour. Im done with this place. Since Parmelia medical came here it's too bloody slow

Place has well and truly gone down since new drs have come on board. Midwife doesn't care for her clients, left practice took all her patients with her then left that new obstetrics without telling anyone. Wait times are over 40 mins, drs are rushed and dismissive. Poor receptionists cop the worst of people's frustrations. Place is overcrowded with not enough sitting area people are sitting in the hallways.
Just don't bother.

After having to fast for 12 hours, I was waiting for a blood test for well over an hour before being seen. Had to watch as multiple people without taking a number or waiting were given spots Infront of me.
Will never visit again after my first experience.
The doctor yesterday also felt rushed to get me out the door so I was unable to speak to them about everything I booked my appointment for.

Doctors are very good, just don't like their booking system. They are booked for days and days in advance, no empathy for urgencies.

Having had the worst experiences with the medical profession, I stopped attending doctors surgeries altogether until I visited Wellard Family Practice. I feel welcome by the staff and am treated with empathy by all. Dr Rushton is very supportive and delivers a level of care I have not experienced before, with honesty and integrity. I travel 50 kilometres to see my GP and 50 kilometres home. He moved from Subiaco to Wellard Family Practice, a few years ago now, I’ve been his patient for 38 years, I trust and respect him completely.
The wonderful ladies that work on Reception are the backbone of Wellard Family Practice. They are caring, supportive and very kind. The practice is clean, modern and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

Have found reception staff to be great, very friendly and accommodating. Dr Davey has been amazing and will be a shame to see him leave. My normal Doctor Dr Rushton is always thorough and a great Dr.

Receptionists are compassionate and professional, nursing staff are lovely, with the doctors always providing great service.

Doctors and reception staff are very kind and helpful. There is a real care for patients with follow up phone calls and reminders. The seating area is nice too. Really impressed!

Brilliant doctors and always a warm welcome and the nurse are very nice to they make you feel comfortable.
