Room for improvement. But they try hard.
Bought an apartment in Autura.besides extended delays in hand over. Now 9 months after taking over, still unable to use the car stacker as its repeatedly stuck. Such a pain!

Avoid buying your forever home from them. Poor workmanship along with some others issues. They just don't care even this is the biggest investment in your life.you receive nothing but lots of stress.

It has been a great journey working with Welink and Meritor Homes on my first home in Innaloo. We are very lucky to be able to choose a builder that can actually stick to their words and work above and beyond. The site manager Phil was very helpful at the handover too and explained everything very thoroughly.

I have been dealing closely with Welink's residential construction manager Geoff on many projects over the past few years, and find the level of professionalism, organisation, reliability and attention to detail of Welink's residential division outstanding in my experiences. Glad to be on board as a supplier.

My Business has had the pleasure of working alongside Welink Residential on numerous high quality projects throughout Western Australia. Led by the skills and organisation of Residential Construction Manager Geoff, these jobs have been well organised, to a high standard and a pleasure to work on.
We look forward to continuing to work alongside such a quality Builder and team on future projects.

I have worked on a few Welink projects, mostly residential. The residential side was a good experience but I am experiencing something very different with their commercial arm. The site management is constantly changing which shows there's something rotten at the core. The construction manager has remained the same which tells me something. The trades on site are talking about constantly battling for payment for works completed and handed over. Unfortunately this construction manager has a bad name with the previous companies he has worked for here in Perth with maybe the exception of his time with Diploma. We all know what they were like and it seems he and they share the same morals. Site representation is key for any construction company and Welink are showing they are happy to plummet to the same depths as the incompetence they hired, not inherited, from Diploma. I hope people can see this and heed this warning, they are a dangerous company to get involved with. Stay clear!

As an Electrician at MLEC Contracting I am extremely happy to be working with Welink and look forward to many more years to come.

It's been a pleasant journey to build with Welink. We truly enjoyed the process during the build and can't not be happier with our apartment.

Shocked to witness and hear the plight of hard working, honest people whose tools of trade are being held by We link so they cannot earn a living AND they have not been paid for work they completed with Welink either. No integrity or morals. I am not a reviewer - but this just annoys me to see the average Joe Bloggs being taken advantage of by a greedy company.

With holding payments on completed work and refusing trades, entry to sites to collect their tools.
If I could give a -1 star I would.

This company has acted unethically by with-holding legitimate payments to sub-contractors hence the security of employment for associated employees. When work is done, it should be paid for but the continued toxicity of construction companies squeezing sub-contractors down the chain for their own selfish profitable gain needs to stop. We all have mortgages payments to make and children to feed. This kind of behavior cannot be tolerated in the construction industry. I do not recommend any association whether you are a supplier, investor or buyer.

BEWARE BUYERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS
It is sad to see a company that previously had such a good name in the residential construction industry expand into the commercial sector and turn into a shambles in such a short space of time.
This company used to be reputable, trustworthy and took pride in their projects.
Unfortunately due to a change in senior management backed up by an increase in the Director's greed, this company can no longer be trusted to either pay or deliver.
Subcontractors and their employees can expect to be forced to work in unsafe conditions in order to finish the job as cheaply as possible only to not receive their final payment due to "cash flow restrictions".
Buyers and investors can expect significant delays to complete their homes and a substandard product that will call problems in years to come due to shortcuts taken in order to save money throughout the construction period.
The construction industry in WA has suffered enough with the downturn in recent years and faces rising insurance costs in future due to some high profile construction disasters in the Eastern States.
WA needs to bring back quality and integrity in construction and this sort of conduct from so called developers/builders/cowboys needs to stop.

From the initial consult to the build the entire process was perfect. Professional and easy to deal with.

Fantastic service, very helpful and engaging. Very satisfying experience overall. Smooth communication and prompt service. We are glad and happy we bought our first home through Welink Group. We would recommend Welink Group as trustworthy and dependable Construction Company.

I found the people at Welink really cared.they were very helpful when I was choosing my property and then they kept me informed every step of the way. At no time was I left wondering what was going on and the project handed over at the time they had originally advised, so I was very relieved. A+ EASY to deal with!

Outstanding service, very helpful and patient. Working interstate and needing builder to provide honest assessment of house (had not been home for few years) then work within our budget to end up delivering something well beyond my Mothers (tenant) expectations. I could not be happier. Professional at all times, kept us up to date, managed the small stuff and delivered something that everyone is so pleased with.
