I have been meaning to send you some feed back.

My sister lives with Mesothelioma and I advised her to use weeding women as she has a large corner block.

Prior to commencing she explained that the area had trickle pipe through out the garden and to be mindful. She had them come for one day they worked for about 3 hours 1/2 a day. The job was only 1/2 the job was done. She was told that they would be back to finish.

When we reassumed you weren’t coming back my husband finished the job only to find three areas throughout the garden where the trickle pipe had been chopped through with a shovel.

No body returned, no body called to reschedule. She was eventually just sent the account which she paid promptly.

I was embarrassed and disappointed as you guys have been exceptional in the past but I WILL NEVER suggest anyone to use your business again.

Underhanded quoting system to start off. The final result on the day was substandard for the price paid. I certainly do not recommend.

The Weeding Women girls were sensational!

Professional, fun, on time, diligent, funky uniform and both girls were cheerfully chatting away to one another about life as they made my backyard paving look new again!

The process is so efficient in terms of the booking, reminders leading up to the day, a phone call to confirm exactly what we are after and easy payment process.

Somehow made weeding look inviting and fun and I couldn't recommend them higher so thanks again. Cheers, Daz

Weeding Women provide a wonderful service! They take great care of my garden especially my roses. The quality of their work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I've been having Weeding Women attend my property regularly, and they do a great job. Currently my house is being renovated and so the garden is difficult to maintain while the builders are making a mess but the Weeding women gardening team are helping keep everything growing and (relatively) tidy. Appreciate their flexibility and initiative!

Extremely happy with the end result in my garden. The young ladies did the work in 3 visits for a job that would have taken me months to get on top of They worked hard and quickly, were on time, friendly and professional.

Girls wernt going to.do.the job when they saw the weeds were a bit long

An when they saw the small.weeds out the front they said oh we won't be doing them they will only just grow back again!

Although this gardening experience started out with a few problems - the Weeding Women head office fixed them to my satisfaction.

Haven't used these ladies myself. But heard great things about them and saw their work. It was so good

We have used Weeding Women for some time now, both in Duncraig and in Golden Bay. The gardeners are always friendly and efficient. It was so good to get home and see a tidy, fresh garden waiting for us yesterday.

Very Poor Customer Service.
Contacted the company few times and each time was promised a call back. Finally received a text and email saying that they don’t accept new bookings. What a waste of time! In my opinion Poor Customer Service equals to Poor Service.

Fantastic work, very easy and professional to deal with, and the results were stunning. No mess, no fuss, and no stress!

A big positive and thank you to the staff at Weeding Women who work in our garden. They have been providing us with an excellent service, once every two months for nearly three years now. We have a very large garden. They always do an excellent job and leave the garden looking beautiful. Lodged an enquiry online and took over a week to call me back, needless to say I looked elsewhere

No time wasted by workers, job done well. $70/hour for 5 hours work. Supplied my own mulch & potting mix.
Garden waste was disposed of considerately but not removed.

Although the actual gardening ladies that attended my property were lovely, I will NEVER deal with Diana, the franchisee, again. Having emailed her twice to confirm that 2 ladies for 2 hours work would be a total of $143, when the 2 ladies arrived they were only able to stay for 1 hour and it was still going to cost me $143. That's $71.50 an hour! Ridiculously overpriced! This is after I had to continually chase her for 3 days for an arrival time on the scheduled day. Finally she replied mid-morning on the day saying that she would call me an hour before the ladies would arrive. This is not acceptable! When I book a service, I need to be given an approximate time, at least, to be able to plan my day. The final straw was when I emailed Diana to complain about the price and the 1 hour timeframe, all I received back was one line asking if I wanted to "leave it. " No apology, nothing. Avoid at all costs!
** After typing this review, I received an email from Diana apologising for the confusion and that she had not intended to mislead me. Too little too late, I'm afraid.

What an amazing business, they were fantastic from the booking until the final product. They showed up on time, were quick, thourogh and couldn't have been easier to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!
