Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision we made. Chandni helped break all the steps down, connected us to incredible vendors, was always responsive and calmed any of our questions. Chandni and Neel did an absolutely excellent job of planning and executing our wedding - they catered to all our requests, recommended vendors that aligned with our needs, and advocated on our behalf. Could not recommend more highly!

My (now) husband and I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we have for Chandni and Neel who helped plan and coordinate our five wedding events in Perth, whilst we both lived interstate (Melbourne) and overseas (London).

Even though we were out of sight we could tell we were not out of mind; and we both found their service incredibly personalised. From the beginning of our journey in the initial long-distance brainstorming of ideas Chandni provided an excellent structure and approach to tackling our events which included Sangeet, Mehendi, Haldi, Hindu wedding ceremony and Reception. She listened closely to our ideas and desires for each event and provided her advice, guidance and support in making these a reality.
Throughout the planning stages Chandni was always readily available and contactable, something we truly appreciated being so far away from our wedding location. She consistently provided us with plans and regular updates on progress with vendors, schedules, payments and answered our questions without hesitation. In all the months of planning Chandni and Neel went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and showed us immense consideration as we were rarely on the ground in Perth. This was absolutely reflected in our wedding week. Our event coordination was seamless and the wedding week was an absolute dream. Both Chandni and Neel ensured that there was not a stress or worry for us as the bride and groom and continually went out of their way to make each event special for both of us, our families and friends.

We cannot say thank you enough, and would absolutely recommend this wonderful and professional team to anyone and everyone. You have been the eyes, ears and brain for all things to do with our wedding events and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the beautiful and unforgettable memories you have helped create. Chandni & Neel we’re absolutely amazing to work with! From our first meeting we knew Chandni knew what she was doing. She was extremely reliable, organised and kept our vendors on their toes. On the day, it was such a relief knowing the ceremony would run perfectly with Chandni and Neel coordinating. They’ve done enough weddings to be prepared for everything. Not to mention, Chandni saved the day by choosing the best entrance song 10 minutes before my bridal entrance, something we had forgotten to do.

Chandni & Neel - the amazing couple/duo, have been nothing short of amazing when it came to bringing our vision to reality! From inception to completion, Chandi being the organised individual she is, helped us with meeting our various deadlines, especially when we were decision fatigued on so many occasions! Having them plan, organise and coordinate our wedding was the first and one of the best decisions we made. On the day (s) of our occasions, Chandni and Neel took such great care in ensuring the venue was setup up as planned, and all our vendors were well looked after. Everything went as smoothly as we could have wanted it, and even when some mishaps occurred, Chandni and Neel went out of their way to take care of it (heck we didn’t even know about any of it until after) just so we could continue to enjoy ourselves throughout our ceremonies and it’s all thanks to their hard work and dedication. We’re so grateful for your help over the year, truly couldn’t have done it without you guys!

My husband and I used 'Weddingsbydesign' for our Sangeet Night and Wedding day (Hindu & Civil Ceremony followed by reception all in 1 day!). At first the process seemed all so daunting, but Chandni made the process so smooth and well organised. My partner and I had an interfaith marriage, and all I can say is, I would have been SO LOST if it weren't for Chandni's expertise and assistance. I was so afraid to get something wrong, or offended someone if we didn't do something properly - but also needed to keep in mind the busy timeline of our day (two ceremonies and a reception).

Chandni knew and explained in simple terms everything I needed to know about our Gujarati Hindu ceremony and was able to help us tailor the day to suit our wants and needs. She was able to link us up with so many fantastic vendors, and made sure our incredibly busy day ran smoothly and on schedule.

Chandni was able to take away the stress from the both of us, allowing us to completely enjoy the day - worry free. Her on the day co-ordination service was seamless and she was right where we needed her at any point in the day, whilst doing all the behind the scenes work in the morning to make sure everything was perfect by the time our event commenced.

The best on-the-day Wedding Coordinator we could ever have. They were a great help from the time I’ve toldthem im getting married and needing their professional skills. Having them on my wedding team is the best decision we had made. They are very professional and well organised.

My wedding had a few mishaps, but Chandni and Neel handled it so professionally, did some jobs that is really not allocated to them, because they wanted to make sure that my celebration will go smoothly as planned. The best decision we made was to use weddings by design for our week long of wedding festivities. Chandni and Neel outperformed themselves for all our events making sure not only Karan and I were looked after but also both our families could relax and enjoy themselves! They were at all our events before we arrived and stayed until after everyone left (some days went for 14 hours for them!). Chandni’s organisation skills made it very clear for all our vendors to know exactly what and when their responsibilities were. Best of all, the vendors had a single point of contact (and it wasn’t us!).

My partner and I were less than a month away from our wedding day when we contacted Chandni with a major help flag.

The wedding was only a few weeks away and we still had heaps to organise and plan. As soon as Chandni and Neel walked into the picture everything started to fall into places. They were simply amazing and did so much in so little time.

They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Chandni and Neel were and are so sweet, down to earth and personable!

Chandhni Shah is an extremely organised and gifted person that she was able to execute the dream of our son’s wedding. Blending Western and Indian - that was our plan. I then had someone who brought it all together and made sure it was done picturesque perfect, looking in to every minute details. She had a large number of vendors to suggest.

I am very happy that I hired Chandni as my on the day wedding coordinator. At first I was hesitant to get a coordinator as I really don’t know what their role is when it comes to weddings. But I’m so glad I did as it wouldn’t be the same without her and her partner. From our first meeting until the last, she was very helpful and making sure we go through everything so it will be won’t be missing any little things on the day. She was very professional and easy to contact and talk to.
She also organised my wedding bomboniere tags as I was very stressed out and not have enough time for little things before my wedding.
I also didn’t have to stress about anything after the reception because they already got everything sorted out. I could not thank them enough for the service they provided.
