WBP Group – Property Valuations and Advisory

Good luck to those being assigned to this valuation firm. Bad experience with just fixing a time with the valuer for a property inspection. Totally not flexible at all. The valuer can only do it in the morning during weekday? ! Even ask me to leave keys outside my property or with my neighbours. Unbelievable and no common sense.

I had my property valued only a week prior for another financial institution & was quoted $100K above what I was quoted by WBP?

Absolute poor evaluation from this guys representing comm bank. Valued my property 50k less compared to another similar property in my neighbourhood which sold 6 months ago. Are you guys doing the banks bidding?

What a joke!
As a Real Estate Agent dealing with valuers on a daily basis these guys are completely inflexible and difficult to deal with and only have Eastern Standar dhours which isnt helpful if you are from WA!

These people should not be doing valuations. Rediculously low valuations. Inspected the property in less than 30seconds no joke.

Such poor quality services we called to put a complaint in -then we received the valuation and were blown away how low.

Firstly the consultant told the bank they had left a msg - which they had not. I had to chase up the bank to let them know we still had not heard from anyone. Then the next afternoon he finally called. He was curt, abrupt and was then same when he arrived. Lacked all professionalism and looked like he did not want to be there. Was lucky to be there 10 minutes and left - told me he works for the bank not me! If he wasn not valuing my home and others he would not have a job!

I was told this is not the first complaint they have had.
