I have been a customer at Waxworks for more than five years and love the services they offer. Every time I come here for a facial, people ask me afterwards why I am glowing as my skin looks so good. I have had services done by both Gya and Adelaide and they are both highly professional, friendly and efficient. They always make time for appointments and work really hard to make sure their work is done properly. I would highly recommend Waxworks and the booking system online is really convenient and I always find appointments even a few days before. Always a highlight to visit them.

I had an issue with my canceled appointment but gya was quick to rectify this for me. Treatment was quick and pain free. Salon is really new and clean.

Really friendly staff, made me feel comfortable. I got a Brazilian and half leg. A fair amount of hair leftover and wax on legs. A little disappointed as I was expecting no hair to be left over.

Marine is a lovely and thorough esthetician. I had a really positive experience with my first (at Waxworks) Brazilian and upper leg wax with Marine. She was skillful, and made me feel comfortable. She was willing to chat with me as much as I desired. The session was essentially painless. She used hard wax for the Brazilian, and wax strips for the upper legs. I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep.

The Waxworks atmosphere was very calm and spa-like. The rooms were clean, and air-conditioned. The room was a little cramped for the esthetician's ease of movement around the bed during the beauty appointment. Payment was also very easy as they accept EPTOS, and the I found the price competitive with other Perth beauty businesses.

Really friendly staff and efficient service in a comfortable environment. In comparison to some other places, the brazilian is almost painless. I would definitely recommend this place!:)

Amazing salon and amazing staff! I've been going to Waxworks for years now and have always received wonderful service and treatments. From skin needling, lash lifting and tinting, facials, you name it - every service is performed exceptionally. I've received great advice on treatment options and products from Leah (the Ultraceuticals range that they sell in store are the best products I've used on my skin ever) that's really helped my skin! I cannot recommend this salon enough!

I moved to Perth almost a year ago and I'm so lucky I found Gya, who works at Waxworks in the city! She is absolutely amazing. I love the attention to detail when she does my eyebrows, and I always feel a million bucks when I walk out. I highly recommend this place and Gya
