Wattle Grove Dental Centre

This was my first visit to this practice and I highly recommend it.
I found Dr Minty to be extremely professional and gentle. He took the time to explain the procedure fully with comprehensive advice.
All staff I encountered where very friendly and welcoming.i have booked my next appointment and will definitely continue to attend this practice.

The Dentist and the staff there are really good. He is good with my Eight year old girl. From filling to scale & Clean. Highy recommended. She has also started to floss her teeth on his recommendation,
as well as a welcome pack with all of the right equipment. The conversation in there was like a Friday night at home. Very comfortable.

First visit and very happy. I felt understood and heard and was made comfortable enough to discuss some issues with my teeth and health. Dr Minty came across as a very knowledgeable dentist. Very lovely staff as well. Happy to visit again.

Highly recommend wattle grove dental centre, I walked in without appointment for an urgent dental issue as my dentist was unavailable. Was seen straight away. Dentist and staff were absolutely fabulous, very accommodating, very professional and procedure fully explained before, during and after. They were so good, I will now be a permanent patient for all future dental matters and cheaper than my original dentist! A huge thank you to all at wattle grove dental centre you were amazing.

I used to be frightened to go to the dentist. Now i have found Dr Theresa i enjoy going to the dentist because she makes me feel calm and cared about.

Highly recommend Dr Minty and his team - he is very gentle and has a great relaxed energy. I have been going to Dr Minty for the last couple of years, he has never ripped me off and said I needed work done just for the sake of it. Seriously give him a try and you won't be scared of the dentist anymore =)

Dr Theresa Go is very professional and gentle. She really puts me at ease and explains the condition of my teeth in simple, clear language. I would highly recommend her to friends and family!

Complete waste of time and money. They did not help my 6 year old who had teeth pain. Told me a bunch of false information and then referred me to one of “their” paediatric dentist who did not have an appointment available for 5 months.

I took my 6 year old son here as he was complaining of teeth pain. The female dentist did all kinds of inspections, X-rays and other tests to jack their bill up. The dentist then told me that she is referring me to a specific paediatric dentist. She told me about the required procedures which will take only 5 minutes but (for some unknown reason) they cannot do it themselves. Also assured me that their specific paediatric dentist participate in children's medicare rebate program and there will be no out of pocket expenses. Turned out it was totally false information. The first available appointment with the paediatric dentist was 5 months away and that paediatric dentist did not participate in medicare bulk billing. They had to do a full consultation again and charge specialist rates for it. Moreover they will make their own treatment plan and dont really have to care about this dentist treatment suggestion. In other words I went to this centre for nothing except handing them some money and getting some false information in return.

Later I was told by the “friendly” receptionist (she was actually friendly) that I did not waste anything by visiting this clinic as I would have required a referral from a dentist anyway to see a paediatric dentist and paediatric dentists cannot not see patients without a referral. A big fat lie again as no referral is required to see their own paediatric dentist. I asked for the X-rays etc to be send to me. The “friendly” receptionist reply was “I cannot send you anything until the electronic funds transfer is complete and money is received into our account which may take a few days”. Like seriously how ridiculous is that comment. She did however send me the result relatively quickly.

I recommend people with small children ask all the above questions before going to this practice. They only told me about one paediatric dentist (I still wonder why) but since then I have made my research and found many others. I also managed to find an earlier appointment. It might be a good idea to book an appointment directly with a paediatric dentist for small kids rather than spending your money twice. And many of them dont need referrals.

A great dental centre, with really lovely staff.
I've always had a bit of anxiety involving dentists, but Dr. Minty was very calm and explained everything along the way which put me at ease.

First time here and after 50 years of dentistry Teresa was the most gentlest dentist I have experienced. Very happy with the service. However I was charged $60 for an examination and there was no examination done so that was disappointing.

Lovely staff and great atmosphere. Always treated well when I have a appointment with Dr Theresa. Reception is always super helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this dental clinic.

Dr Minty is the best dentist we have come across. We have been seeing him for past 8 years and don't mind driving 51km to see him!
