I can't say enough about the exceptional care we've received at our local family chiropractic clinic. All staff are warm, welcoming, and truly dedicated to their patients' well-being. From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. The chiropractors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, providing effective treatments that have made a significant difference in my overall health.

I have been seeing Dr Jess and Dr JP for just over a year now and have had a remarkable improvement in my pain and mobility. I can lift my kids without my back giving in and I'm now able to go the gym. My kids love coming in and getting adjusted too (and getting a sticker from the lovely Amy in reception). I would highly recommend this very family friendly practice!

I visited Kelly at Waters Family Chiropractic while on interstate holiday from WA. I was mostly suffering from back pain related to holding my newborn baby. The adjustments made by Kelly were helpful and it didn’t take long for the pain to subside and my posture to improve again. Kelly also offers free ‘spine school’ classes on zoom which is super interesting for anyone new to chiropractic care and wanting to learn about long term health. The girls at Waters Family Chiropractic are AMAZING! From the moment you step in you are welcomed by smiling faces, peaceful atmosphere and the smell of the diffuser. Tess and Kelly are so knowledgeable about all aspects of chiro and nervous systems. They have helped me with spinal fusion, headaches and advice on keeping healthy. I have been seeing Kelly at Waters Family Chiropractic since November last year and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my range of movement, improved sleep and digestion. Kelly is extremely warm and caring and provides valuable information to assist me in improving my day to day functionality and always listens and encourages. I was in the 5th week of a 6 week holiday and had stayed in too many beds with too many bizarre mattresses and pillows and in one too many hostelries and I was basically seizing up (sorry I HAD seized up).

Coincidentally my apartment in Mandurah was in the same building as the Waters Family Chiro, so in I went. I found the pre-treatment questionnaire to be a breath of fresh air, nothing was left to chance with regards medical history and the finite details of who you are and what you're all about. Two days later I sat and had a 20-30 minute face to face consultation with Dr. Kelly Costa and this was followed by a 15-20 minute 'reset'.

Miracles do happen. I walked out of the clinic a different man than the one that had stooped in, my head held high and a big smile on my face, the grimaces of pain had all but disappeared. I returned 5 days later for another session before what turned out to be a 35 hour door to door trek back to Aberdeen, Scotland. A week on and I still feel great.

Big Respect to Dr. Kelly and the Waters Chiro team - an all round top class experience and just as importantly, thoroughly nice people.

I first went to see Kelly a few months ago and all i can day is why didnt i go sooner? Kellys approach is amazing coming from a holistic veiw also which is so refreshing from the old school chiros that crack u and send u on your way. I am sleeping better (sleep score increased from average of 69 to now 81), i can turn my head to the left bonus) and i am dealing with ongoing stress far better than i ever have. Thank you Kelly for changing my life.

My family and I have been seeing Kelly for the past three years and she has done an amazing job looking after us. She is great with kids, my girls absolutely love going in for their regular adjustment.
