Waterloo Village Caravan Park

Enjoyed our stay here for three days on powered caravan site. Amenities are spotless. It was quite so I slept well. Only ten to fifteen minutes to Bunbury so travelling in and out not too bad.

In a powered site Friendly People. Well Mostly Friendly People. 1st night had a complaint about music being too Loud on a Saturday night at 730 something n it wasn't that loud may I add. 2nd Day had The Lady that does the sprinklers around the place go up to my 3 young boys full of Testosterone and asked them to be more quieter During the middle of the day just after 1in thee afternoon and put clothes on my baby. It was very Hot May I add n in a Tent even more hotter. So they were just out on my vehicle. No Harm. So I put something on the baby n put him to sleep and got My two six year old boys Quiet n than The Sprinkler Lady Came down and Started Mowing FRIKKIN Leaves right next to our Tent entry way I couldn't Believe it. Snatched the Phone from my son so I could record her n she rides off on her ride on Mower.and it didn't end there. Later that Night Our Power was Pulled out of The Power Point my partner went to the sprinkler lady n told her about it Becoz she was watching while my partner was going off his nut because it was NO ACCIDENT.than had a guy come to apologise suggesting it must of been children but my children were thee only children at the place at that time n they go to bed wen we go to bed. So U can Cross That.and than sprinkler Lady On another day wets my Damn Seat Seriously watch this lady. Smile in your Face Stab U in Ur back kinda gal. She's has a foreign accent. Just so U know. Toobad I can't add Video to Review. The Highlight would be some Nice Lady from Kaitaia NewZealand.who came over and offered/gave me a double gas cookerN Some Very Nice Permanent residents around thee area BUT NOT ALL. BeWareOH 1more thing don't forget your shower stuff aka Ur soapThose go straight in the Bin or the cleaning lady takes them homeI don't know. Not like sum Places they leave them out so people can see.you have forgotten them Children can make U lose n Forget things uknow

We hired a caravan from the Waterloo Village caravan park for our family holidays. The caravan was listed on a dedicated website but we could booked-it directly from the owner.
The van was in great condition, clean and perfect for our holidays! Everything we could have hoped for and more! The owners had thought of everything, from cleaning products to all the utensils, crockery etc you could ever need.
The configuration of the van was perfect for our family of four. Communication throughout was fantastic and the staff gave us a great run through of everything before we left on our adventure. We also contacted Greg with questions during our holiday and he was always quick to respond and happy to help.

Such a great place to stay. You are welcomed by the awesome managers/owners who take great pride in the park. The sites are large and spacious, making it easy to park up after a long day driving. The amenities are always clean and well looked after by the lovely cleaning lady’s.it is a short drive to Eaton Fair for all your shopping needs, and Condello’s is right next door with a bottle shop and Fuel station.

Was ok very noisy next to railway, didn't like the dump point in the laundry smelly, alot of permanent men there so a bit uncomfortable going to bathroom at night as there was one hovering around toilets who was creepy as watching probably wouldn't stay again

We stayed for a month and we had a very good time in the Park, the place is clean, the residents are nice and friendly.
The staff was very helpful.

Ive stayed here quite afew times n love the place. Not far from the main centre of town. Clean n Very peaceful

A beautiful, well maintained caravan park with a friendly and welcoming owner. Perfect place to stay only a few minutes from Bunbury, Treendale Eaton, and Australind.

This is a nice caravan park. Very clean toilets & showers. Has a small laundry. Great place for a night stop over/passing threw. They is a shunting yard behind if you don't mind a little noise. Friendly staff
No play ground for kids.
Most people are Permanent residents
